I asked for no tomatoes since I kinda get a reaction from them and they decided to put tomatoes on my burger

I called to complain about my drive thru oder being wrong. They took my name and phone number, I tried to give my last name but they wouldn't take it, I even spelled my first name for them. I went for the free meal like they told me to only to be told they have no record of it. Will NEVER go back to the one on Welland Ave in St. Catharines. They forgot part of my order which I would have forgiven. But when I found out they made my tea with coffee, that was unacceptable.

JADE is an excellent Counter person. She doesn't stop smiling (I was the 12th order in a row) or being courteous to her customers.
She also helped me figure out (since the crowd had thinned) which of my choices would cost less.
JADE flipped around in that register so adeptly it blew me away!

My friend and I went here at 11 PM on a Friday evening (12/13/2024). The service was lickety-split quick, server was positive and they were very efficient. Plus the food is fantastic! Best drive through experience I’ve had in months. This night crew deserves a raise!!

in a spur of the moment decision, my friend and I decided to go to Wendy’s. upon arrival the drive-through was pretty empty so we had high expectations that our service would be quick and efficient. And that it was. Whoever was on the night, staff team this evening, crafted and created a beautiful Wendy’s order for my friend and I. this is the best looking burger I have received from any fast food restaurant in my 20 years of life. I would highly recommend if going to this Wendy’s go around 11 PM. Keep up the great work guys!

Not the first time going to this location and them totally botching my order.
Was there this past Saturday night, ordered a Caesar salad, specified I wanted it with their spicy chicken, and also order 3 JBCs. Spent about 10 min in line with one car ahead of me, to finally be given a Caesar salad made with grilled chicken, and a pack of chicken nuggets 🙄 my bad for not checking before I left I supposed, but it was late and I just wanted to get home. I will say the staff were apologetic for the wait which I appreciated, but when you're bringing home a bite to eat for you and your hubby you just expect it to be right. Especially with an unnecessary wait time.

The attitudes on the staff is ridiculous. Placed my order with the girl serving me not saying one word. Literally not one word.l know that they weren't hired with that attitude. Some real training is desperately needed. I stopped going to the Hartzel road location for the same reason but their even worse they stand in the back talking even when they know your waiting. When you finally get around to serving you it's like your bothering them. I can understand why this location does so poorly.
