The bathrooms in this establishment are absolutely disgusting! Food was good service was good but the bathrooms ruined the entire atmosphere. Where are the district managers???

I feel weird even writing a review about a Wendy’s - it’s a fast food joint so my expectations are always next to nothing. This review isn’t so much about the food as it is the service. Alexes is the most unprofessional person. I don’t care that you’re working at a Wendy’s, you’re at your place of employment and serving customers - act like it. I’ve been to this location 3 times, every single time, Alexes has taken our order and she’s laughing and giggling while taking our order, making it hard to actually order. Every single time she has served us, our order has been wrong or it’s missing something.
Our most recent visit (August 22) we went to the drive through and she’s doing the exact same thing. Giggling and laughing away in the speaker. Great that you’re having fun at work, but it isn’t even with her coworkers. Her friends, sitting in a car right outside the takeout window clearly distracting her. Our order was yet again wrong. We had to pull to the side to wait for some of our food and her friends are doing circles through the drive through, clearly distracting her. When we got to the window to pay, still laughing and giggling she asks for clarification on what we ordered (because she was clearly distracted by her friends when she initially took our order) - she still managed to get our order wrong.
Again, it’s a fast food joint so I don’t expect much, but at least focus on the 5 mins when you’re serving a customer instead of playing games with your friends though the takeout window.

About a month ago I had the chili. Actually made me sick. So I haven't gone back. But today, I thought I'd give them another try. Little sour cream containers for the baked potato. It was liquid which means it wasn't refrigerated. They tried to tell me it's good because of the date at the bottom.
This used to be a good location to go to but, i think something must have changed because not the same.
The garbage in the store was piled up so high You couldn't throw it out

Food is always good. It's Wendy's. But every time I eat here they forget something. I'm writing this review because today it was the sauces for my wife and kid, the cutlery, and 2 batches of chicken nuggets. I know I should of probed deeper into the bag. But I shouldn't have to pick apart my order every SINGLE time I order from here.

I ordered the taco salad, which usually comes pre-made with little cheese and tomato. I asked them to make it like the picture advertised. Well for that i was told i had to pay extra. I told them, I've done this before and never paid extra. Seeing my disapproval the manager decided not to charge me after his first initial hesitation. Seems like New management!!

The Wednesday meal is FALSE ADVERTISING. This review is specifically for head office and corporate Wendy's. FAKE AND FALSE ADVERTISING, did not come with ANYTHING from the advertisements, up charged me for nothing. Total marketing scam.

Why does your web site show open until midnight and you have a sign you're open to midnight but the door is closed. We walked here to satisfy a craving and you're closed. FIX YOUR HOURS!!!

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but after disappointing visits one after another, this one has pushed me past my point. My food is almost never right at this location. The service is miserable. And today after purchase I was told I couldn’t get a chocolate frosty due to the machine being broken, leaving me with only vanilla. I decided I wanted a refund for the frosty before it was even made and to go elsewhere. I was told by people who can barely speak english to “just try it” by and that I couldn’t be presented with a refund. My burger was also “coincidentally” crunchy and just awful compared to the usual standard. However, the Tim Hortons next door is lovely and outshines them greatly.

Alexes the manager at the PUW has a serious attitude problem. Rolls her eyes constantly. Pretty much throws the food at you even when you are polite with manners. She sits at the window with it open gossiping about her co workers . Normally I don’t have an issue with this location and I was going to let it go but her attitude is repulsive everytime she’s on and I attend this location. There is way better qualified and friendly staff that would make a better manager than her!!!

I just returned it my sandwich because I specifically ask for no bacon in it and I return it. They say that the bacon wasn’t here before so I’m the one that added it as a Muslim I am very offended because that means that I took my time spend money to buy bacon and added to a sandwich that cost two dollars to get the same sandwich for free that sounds literally insane. I got yelled at and when I tried to make my pointthey were just making me feel like I’m a bad customer when she shouldn’t argue when someone ask specifically for no bacon and have bacon in a sandwich and she literally said with a smile that I do that to get this sandwich for free that’s crazy worst service ever For at the end agreed that they were their mistake and gave me the sandwich. They just had to say sorry and make another one without bacon. That was the only thing to do. Beside of arguing and accusing people to add bacon in the sandwich intentionally after getting the new sandwich, they made another mistake with my order and gave me a simple cheeseburger when I ordered it a double one that means that I had to go back another time three times in total for two double cheese thanks that the lady behind the counter, the one who was wearing glasses was very nice and understood the situation Realizing that I wasn’t here to get free food but just to get my order correct When the manager Was more aggressive than the workers who understood the situation
