Seriously the worst pizza I have ever had. The dough was not cooked. The pizza was cold and rubbery and tasted horrible. And it cost almost $40! ¾ of the pizza went directly into the garbage can. What happened to this place? Too bad Pizza Bella was busy

This was honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. The dough wasn’t even cooked through, which made the whole pizza soggy and unpleasant to eat. For the price, I expected at least a properly baked pizza. Definitely disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

There is a new owner. His name is Kumal. And he is wonderful. We had an error with a large order for a party and the front desk worker said we could have 50% off. I was happy with that, but the owner called US back to insist he make it right and refund us. While speaking with the owner weeks later he stated that they had purchased a new oven because he had a few other complaints as well. That is a HUGE investment to ensure customer satisfaction. We order there almost weekly and we have been repeatedly impressed with their customer service and quality. Check them out and give them a try! You won’t regret it!

Pizza was undercooked again. Not sure what’s going on lately but the pizza is all of a sudden not as good as it was in previous years. This used to be the best New Orleans location and now every time we get their pizza it feels like such a waste of money.
Over the phone we were told a credit would be applied to our account but when we went to use the “credit” there was no history of one.

We ordered 2 pizzas. One tasted fine and the pepperoni pizza tasted like it had been sitting there for several hours. When I called the store I was not offered any sort of explanation or an offer of a fresh pizza. The quality is sub-par at best.

Forgot how good New Orleans pizza was. I haven't had it in years and it still lives up! Tried the new cup and char pepperoni, so good!
We went to see these pizzas and they are delicious, the pizza that was left over from another day was very good, why didn't the place harden if it looks a bit old and the outside was dirty and neglected in the image the place is off but the pizza is delicious

Our once favorite Pizza, a couple locations have spoiled our cravings fir Chicken Ceasar Pizza. But...driving home today from Mothers Day family time, we were hungry and knew on our way back to KW we were going through St. Clements and thought we'd grab Pizza. We were sooo hungry. Today's Pizza had to be the absolute best we've ever had. Lots of toppings and fully covering the top, fresh and hot. Thank you New Orleans in St. Clements. We'll definitely make the drive to your location for our pizza.

I got 3 slices of different kinds of pizza, when she gave me the slices it was in a pizza box I open up the box and all 3 slices are stacked on top of each other so the bottom 2 slices are just ruined all the cheese and sauce is all over the bottom of the slices that were on top , they lack common sense
