Came here on a bachelorette wine tour and the service was great! Did a great job explaining the wines and our pairing with popcorn was awesome. Only downfall was that our guests who were gluten free struggled a bit with the food on the pairing, so if you are celiac be mindful of that! Overall, a good experience.

What a perfect celebration of a major wedding anniversary. Anwyn welcomed us at the front desk, wished us a happy anniversary, then brought us to a table with freshly cut flowers that had been set up just for us. Then Celeste came and brought us some sparkling rose to start off our wine tasting, but the bartender knew it was our anniversary so he upgraded our welcome selection, which made it even more special. Celeste took such good care of us, was very knowledgeable, and so warm and welcoming. We couldn't have had a happier experience celebrating our anniversary. The wines we tasted were all excellent, and the cheese puffs are delicious. We enjoyed the experience so much we came back for a second tasting two days later, and Anwyn and Celeste took wonderful care of us a second time! Highly recommend this winery for both the quality of the wine, and the engagement of the staff.

We had the chance to visit the Château few weeks ago. Our hostess Chris was an absolute angel. Took a cheese and charcuterie board and 4 flights of wines. Loved the cheese!!! A must. And the wine!!! A must visit when in NOTL.

We took a tour last minute at this second oldest winery of NOTL with Anwyn for our last day. We had a great time, she was knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased some nice wines it was an awesome afternoon. We are indeed in our Sparkles era 😆

We had such a lovely tour at Château des Charmes with our amazing Somalier Galina! She was so passionate about everything she was sharing with us - the vineyard transported us straight to France, it is such a beautiful property. We did the wine tour on a weekday & it ended up basically being a private tour which was nice as it was not busy. I would highly recommend this vineyard for your next visit to NOL (and ask for Galina!!) One of the better ones we’ve had the pleasure of visiting. I especially loved their Chardonnay. Can’t wait to visit for another tour/tasting :)

5 stars don’t do justice to this particular winery, this is the one where if I could give 10, I would. Very accommodating with making customer experience as good as it can be at the heart of this winery. They do stand out compared to others in terms of knowledge, approach to wine tasting and willingness to take your personal preferences into account. Must be said a good value wines as well. Have been visiting them for 2 years and will continue in the future.

Logan, who served us, was exceptionally polite and engaging—his warm hospitality added a personal touch to our visit.
