Very beautiful estate and lovely facilities. Selected the premium wine tasting with cheese puffs. The wine was alright. The taste for the 4 options pretty undefined. The ice wine was a little too sweet and tart. The cheesepuffs were fabulous. The service rather slow although seemed that only one person was working and she did her best with the client load. Solid 3/5 stars.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. We came here for a nice romantic getaway. We reserved a private cabana with a beautiful view of the vineyards and we're not disappointed. Our server was Joey and he was exceptional. He took his time explaining each wine and pairing to us beginners. We learned a lot and highly recommend chateau de charms.

We had a great with Anwhyn here (I hope I spelt it right as I lost her card). She was very welcoming, cheerful and knowledgable which is why I am giving this place 4 stars. We enjoyed the cheese board and the tasting. I was disappointed as we booked their Wine Country Romance package thinking it would be more intimate and private setting but it wasn’t and we were just sitting under a big tent with rest of the visitors.

Nothing special about the wine. The charcuterie(cheeses) outperformed it by far. Out of all the wines we tried, Equuleus was the best. If you're visiting Niagara Falls and looking for something extra to do, it’s an option, but otherwise, not really worth it.

We had a spontaneous girls trip to this Winery and it was the most fun we’ve had. Our servers Steve and Alexandra as well as Brynn were so bubbly and made the experience 1000x better.

Amazing place to spend time and taste good domestic wines. The entourage is magnificent. We were lucky to enjoy live saxo. Special shout to Paul who was very knowledgeable. Definitely worth a visit!

I had a phenomenal experience here. Alex and Steve were incredible wine associates. Each wine they recommended was perfect. Brynne was a wonderful server, with great service and made the entire experience. Would 100% recommend anyone to come to this winery!

BEAUTIFUL grounds and even better wine. Andrew was the most gracious, knowledgeable and attentive host. Maria's recommendations were spot on to our likings and the cheese platter was DIVINE.

I do greatly appreciate them being able to move my private tour to the next hour as the QEW had horrendous construction going on which caused us to be a 40 min late from the initial time. We were greeted with sparkling wine and We did the romantic package which involved a tour of the grounds ( we saw the grapes up front ), the down stairs cellar where they age the wine, and ended with the wine tasting of 4 different variety and a cheese board (very large olives and pickles, two vines of grapes, 3 different types of cheese, ice wine jam, and some bread). It was a lovely birthday celebration. To finish off they gave us two heart painted chocolate. The duration of the experience lasted about 1.5 hours, a good duration for those who might be worried about how long/short it is. Loved the wine and would def be back to purchase more
