I had a lovely experience at this winery. I enjoyed everything from beginning to end. Arthur was very helpful and accommodating, and the wine tasted amazing. Would recommend to anyone wanting a wine tour / experience in the Niagara region. Will be back in the future!
Galina was our guide on this quiet Tuesday evening, and she was absolutely incredible. We were the only ones at the winery, but she still gave us the most attentive, engaging, and personalized tour we could have imagined. Had a great experience at Chateau des Charmes winery. We enjoyed the wine tour with our guide Fernanda. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She even braved the cold to take us out to the vineyard for part of the tour. Was worth the price! We had a great time. We will definitely be back!
