Either the owner or employee ran out of the store a 30 minutes ago screaming at my 8 month old puppy not to pee on a fire hydrant the store has flowers placed around and was appalled that I didn’t stand down to her. She then proceeded to yell that she loved me and my puppy from across the road and down the block while we were trying to do some puppy treat shopping around the corner. 20 minutes later when I got back to my car from the event she came up knocking on my window harassing me more and I had to threaten to call the police to get her to go away.

This store is cooool!!! Had a great conversation with I believe the owner about gratitude and Joy and society. She was Unapologetically proud of being a self professed hippie which was refreshing and cool. Thanks for the great recommendation on music. I’ve downloaded it and I’m listening to it already. They had a lot of lovely crystals. I loved the smells in the store. I found a lot of neat finds. But i couldn't pay for them because i had to move my money to another account so i will make another trip back here. I love stores that sell crystals and incense stuff.

Everytime I go to St Jacobs I would make a point of going to this store. For years we got our teas and scented oils and I always seem to treat myself to a new bracelet or necklace. The owner was always lovely and explained where their teas,oils/insence are from. Until yesterday, I can't go back!! Reading ingredients in the soaps, made with Palm Oil!! That's a big NO for me... also looking at the bracelets to treat myself, the labels - made in China!!! I feel cheated for all the goods I bought in the past. I really thought these were all genuine goods, although a higher in price, I didn't mind paying it. I won't be back, and if reading this I can only hope the owners look at their products and get rid of the tat and if they seriously want to be what they portray, only sell authentic products and look at how they were made...

New review: I did end up giving this business another chance and I was happy with the customer service I received. I thought it only fair to adjust my review.
Old review: I was very disappointed. I came here during normal hours of operation only to find a note on the door indicating the store was closed. The website said nothing of this.
More vexing was that the note indicated the store would reopen today, but the door was locked despite the fact that I arrived over an hour after the advertised opening time.
I do not know if I will return to try again given this experience. This seems to be a very unreliable way of doing business. At least the note was polite I suppose.

Amazing vibes in this store .. Presentation is so beautiful & collection is amazing .. Owners are beautiful people who are spreading beautiful messages from one soul to another. I was melted to be in that such a positive diving atmosphere. I was just walking around and stopped at this store and their flowers were sharing the love vibes which was amazing to feel .. I wasn’t sure what was inside the store but I was attracted to move around this store . Spoke to owner who was watering them .. he shared the names of flowers and showed few different ones .. and beautiful described they are happy becuase they are getting love from this town .. I have stoped there and sat outside for sometime . I was there for 45 mins and then I decided to go to see Trail. While I was crossing this store I felt to be inside and I decided to enter .. this was perfect move to experience such a pure loving energies . I will be visiting again this store as their collections has beautiful essence which can be felt and bring back to home to share same energies at home ♥️
A great little store with lovely teas, thoughtful gifts, and the best natural deodorant I have ever used. It keeps me coming back to shop every few months.

The woman who owns this store with her husband is literally soul healing!!! Every time I visit (usually once a year since I live in Toronto) she has something really insightful and beautiful to say to me. Also the fruit and nut tea is one of the best I have ever had!

Tea,Earth & Sky is a beautiful little shop and Steve and Rhonda are the nicest couple that you could ever meet very knowledgeable about teas and incense. Spent many hours with them. Steve Rhonda love you guys we will see you this summer put the kettle on. Geri and Al❤️

Went into the store when we visited St. Jacobs today. The store has pretty much every tea you can think of. Best of all the owners make them themselves. Rhonda is very knowledgeable about the teas and recommended one to us. She is very pleasant to talk to and gives you a very relaxed vibe. You should drop in and check it out.
