Best pizza since I came Waterloo. All original ingredients, true to the original, taste super well. Better than any commercial pizzas

Those pizza guys in the heart of St. Jacobs is a wood fired oven kind of pizza place. The dough is tender but holds together well. They use good quality ingredients and make a pizza that you can get a little of each topping in each bite.We had the Marg: tomato sauce, mozzarella, fiore di latte and fresh basil. We asked for arugula on top and they gladly provided some. All the ingredients were good quality. We also had the featured pizza which on this day was called Mortadella Madness, which is pesto, mozzarella, fiore di latte, mortadella, onion, green olives, fresh parm and pistachios. All of the ingredients played well with the others. My only critique would be that it was a little bit salty because of all the different salty ingredients. It was delicious and the crust had just a little bit of char on some pieces. Char is flavour. We actually chose to eat in at the restaurant. It’s very tiny, but very homey feeling. Lots of cookbooks about Italian ingredients and photographs of the area that they are located. It was my first time there, and I will definitely go back at some point in the future.

fantastic place; the people are so kind, and the pizza is fantastic; I love how cozy the place feels. the pizzas are on the smaller size so you could easily devour one alone or at most split between 2 people. it is worth driving into from waterloo or even kitchener. the place should always be busy, with the number of chain pizza places around its nice being able to support a local place. I'll definitely be going back, just writing this review makes me want to go back tomorrow.Parking: parking seemed a bit limited but spots are available. I parked on the street but I'm sure people could park up the whole street if it was busy

Wife and I recently moved to the neighborhood and have been looking for our new "go-to" pizza joint. Those Pizza Guys has officially been crowned the winner. Great wood fired pizza! My only complaint is they close up shop early. So when that late night pizza craving hits you're out of luck. UNLESS you were smart enough to grab one of their many frozen pizzas options. All pre-cooked in a wood oven. 10/10 and I haven't even tried their sandwiches yet

Delicious thin crust pizza. We had both the margarita and the mushroom. Toppings are delicious and the cheese is very good quality. Good selection of non alcoholic beverages and craft beers. Very little seating and I saw most of their business was carry out. Friendly staff and clean environment.

If you don't want to make a fool of you then don't go here. In the name of hand made fire wood baked traditional pizza they are looting you with shreads of toppings on a pizza which was supposed to be a 4 topping pizza. I felt if it was a joke (literally 5 small pieces of olives on entire pizza. They have not mentioned the size of pizza and they serve only 1 size which is slightly bigger then a quarter plate and they charge for it equivalent to any large size pizza at any Gourmet pizza store. Besides this, the prices mentioned online are different then the prices in store which are obviously higher in store. Had my pizza, came out hungry. Felt like a fool.

I wanted to try this place for a while, and when I was in St Jacobs this past Sunday I saw they were open while passing by. I got a three topping pizza which came out to a little over $18. The pizza was smaller than I imagined it would be, maybe something in between a small and medium. I didn't see a whole lot of toppings either and there were some slices with only a single pepperoni, but there were other sections with a lot more. So it could have been better distributed. Taste wise, it was okay, but I wasn't totally blown away. The quality is above your typical pizzeria, but not by a lot. Given the price and size of what you get, I don't see much reason to return, as I can get a decent three topping large pizza for less at other places. I will say though, the person working there was extremely friendly and even brought the pizza to me while I was standing outside.
