The fries were the best I've had in a while. Came down from Toronto for a wedding didn't have much time to grab food...saw McDonald's ew! Then saw the truck. We said let's give it a try. Wow! We're we fortunate to find this great food.

We have used Chris Campbell Catering three times now, for three different events. Each time the food was amazing. But this last time - second level amazing! We had him cater our daughter’s wedding, which we did buffet style. They arrived on time with the food hot and ready to go, and were set up in no time flat. The food - WOW! We started with a Apple Parsnip soup and Peasant Salad. Both were delectable! The smoked brisket was so incredibly well seasoned and cooked to perfection - as in cut it with a fork and no knife needed perfection. The mashed potatoes were delicious, as were the French green beans, and the Brussels sprouts! I can’t believe Chris turned me from someone who hated Brussels sprouts to someone who now loves them! Well - his at least. I highly recommend Campbell Catering if you want a meal that people will talk about for years to come.

To all my American family and friends... if you are ever making your way to the St Mary's / Stratford area in Ontario, Canada you must stop by Canteen on the River in St. Mary's. First, the food is top-notch and probably the best poutine I've ever had in Canada. it's OUTSTANDING! The beef brisket sandwich was delicious as was the mushroom smashburger for vegetarians. Second, the owner Chris Campbell is absolutely a wonderful guy as was the entire staff. Nice people! Need something specially made to order...ask them! This really made our first night camping and visit to Stratford off to a great start. This place gets 5 STARS.

Great food truck! The Swiss burger & poutine were amazing!

Had heard a lot of good things about his food truck, just had a chance to try it out and the Daddy Mac smash burger was to die for. So good, would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Chris and Amanda catered an amazing meal for us at my parents’ home. The food was wonderful and they are also just such lovely people. They also managed several kind of complex allergy needs for our family and made an amazing meal packed with flavour. Just lovely! Everything was top notch and presentation was amazing.

Amazing food.My husband and I recently moved to St. Marys and we were told that we HAD to try his food and we are so happy we listened and gave it a try. It's now our favorite place to order from in town. The burger is amazing - especially with his aioli sauce and his pulled pork poutine it so die for. It's my absolute favorite item on his menu. The owner is very friendly and great to chat with. We are having him cater our anniversary party in the summer and are so excited to share his food with our family.

Chris Campbell has great tasting food. His attention to detail is amazing. Any food you get from his food truck will be delicious and very flavourful. His prices are reasonable and his smile is contagious. Keep up the good work Chris!!!If you order food from Campbell’s Catering you won’t be disappointed.

Just had one of the best experiences possible for a food truck. The food was worth more then I paid...Quality was top...and the service was kind and more then generous with samples...must try you will not regret!!!!

Recently went to an event where Campbell’s catering was hired for the dinner service and it was very very delicious!!! Will be definitely stopping by the food truck when we have time! Keep up the good work guys!

We chose Campbell’s Catering for a staff event. They made a delicious meal: smoked, bbq chicken, watermelon, feta, cucumber salad and a fancy potato salad. The brownies decorated with skor bits and strawberries were perfect for dessert. Food was elegantly plated and the portions were generous. Communication when planning and booking was great. What an amazing food service you guys did for our event. The Food is beyond spectacular and so delicious...i don't like brusslesprouts but the way you guys prepared them was amazing now I'm a fan...3 words about your food and company are:WOW AMAZING and WOW
