Phenomenal food truck! Always super fresh and ready quickly. Their smash burgers and poutines are amazing, but I cannot get enough of their brisket street tacos! So damn tasty! Worth the drive out to anyone out of town. They have such a substantial selection at all times. Definitely check them out! I promise you won't be dissatisfied.

Some the best tacos I've eaten, the owner was incredibly nice and it was a delight to be there. Definitely coming back

Had the Daddy Mac smash burger with fries today! Omg sooo delicious 🤤 it was a generous amount for an affordable price. Great quality and awesome service.

I enjoyed a Daddy Mac burger yesterday. Very tasty. Love the sauce. Fresh cut fries are the bomb. I have had the brisket and it’s smoked to perfection. Fast service. These guys are the best 😎⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The fries were the best I've had in a while. Came down from Toronto for a wedding didn't have much time to grab food...saw McDonald's ew! Then saw the truck. We said let's give it a try. Wow! We're we fortunate to find this great food.

We have used Chris Campbell Catering three times now, for three different events. Each time the food was amazing. But this last time - second level amazing! We had him cater our daughter’s wedding, which we did buffet style. They arrived on time with the food hot and ready to go, and were set up in no time flat. The food - WOW! We started with a Apple Parsnip soup and Peasant Salad. Both were delectable! The smoked brisket was so incredibly well seasoned and cooked to perfection - as in cut it with a fork and no knife needed perfection. The mashed potatoes were delicious, as were the French green beans, and the Brussels sprouts! I can’t believe Chris turned me from someone who hated Brussels sprouts to someone who now loves them! Well - his at least. I highly recommend Campbell Catering if you want a meal that people will talk about for years to come.
