We have used Chris Campbell Catering three times now, for three different events. Each time the food was amazing. But this last time - second level amazing! We had him cater our daughter’s wedding, which we did buffet style. They arrived on time with the food hot and ready to go, and were set up in no time flat. The food - WOW! We started with a Apple Parsnip soup and Peasant Salad. Both were delectable! The smoked brisket was so incredibly well seasoned and cooked to perfection...

The fries were the best I've had in a while. Came down from Toronto for a wedding didn't have much time to grab food...saw McDonald's ew! Then saw the truck. We said let's give it a try. Wow! We're we fortunate to find this great food.
