Some of the best food I’ve ever had! Canteen food truck serviced a friend of mines birthday & I can’t express enough how good the food is! Would recommend Chris & his food truck to anyone & everyone!
Chris and his team served our late night meal for our wedding back in August 2024. They had an amazing poutine selection of pulled pork, beef brisket or buttered chicken; they were even kind enough to cook up Dutch style croquettes we had picked up. The food was delicious and the service was great. We received many compliments from our guest on how great the food was.
The canteen food truck has amazing smash burgers!!! Best I’ve ever had , have not been able to find a smash burger that’s even close. The poutines are on par with montreal poutine. The tacos are incredible bursting with flavor. I have never had a bad meal from Chef Chris Cambell. I always leave the food truck well fed and blown away by flavor. Would highly recommend checking out this food truck you won’t regret it.
