I ordered through mobile for pickup and left a friends house as i was visiting your town around 1:09 a.m. I still have a hour drive back home mind you. When I got there, the male working seemed completely out of it and there was already a long lineup. I ended up waiting an entire hour just to get my food , absolutely ridiculous!

Several people left, myself and another car honked our horns because of how slow things were, and whoever is running the night shift is seriously hurting your business. I noticed other reviews mentioning the same issue this week, so clearly this isn’t a one-time thing.

I work in customer service myself, and the lack of communication or care from your staff was unbelievable. To the manager — you need to address this immediately!! People shouldn’t be waiting an hour, wasting gas in a line in the middle of the night for a simple pickup order. Literally 1 HOUR waiting in a line up at mcdonalds. Never has this happend to me or anyone I know when it comes to fast food.

In the drive thorugh tonight was people walking and ordering food and got served which is unsafe and were from a wedding party and underthe influence. The employee male working nights was working served these people while there was a line up of cars waitng for food in the drive through. When I ordered I mentioned the code for free order. The male said he will get it at the window. I mentioned that the code has a time limit and internet reception and wifi doesn't work well there and asked him to put the code in when I placed order. He refused said would take at window. Cars had left as the people who were walking where in the line waiting for their food as well. It was a hour later and I reached the window. The employee states code now dosen't work which is what I said would happen due to time limit. He asked for new code I stated again the wifi and internet issue as I stated I did give him code at time of order and he refused to put iit in. He stated finally he was not at a till at that time. I explained he could have asked me to wait knowing there was a code and how bad internet is there. He didn't and then put the blame on me as if it was my issue. Stated no code he couldn't do anything now after we waited a hour. we then had to find service and then re order. I mentioned cleary we were not lying and all cause he served all those people walking I wouldn't have got my free food cause he didn't put the code in the first place. HORRIBLE service and not the first from this employee. We were not in the wrong and would have not got our food after waitng a hour.

My son waited 45 minutes to order. Finally he left and other cars were waiting too and left. That’s a long time for a small order.

Unironically waited over 40 minutes minimum from when our order was taken for a Mc Crispy and 2 McDoubles. There were only 2 cars in front of us….
Worker punched in our order from one device to the main tablet once we finally got to the window. Not sure if that’s to make their chit times better but like be so for real. Not the first time the wait times have been bad too. Could’ve gone to Stratford and been home before I got my food.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to this mcdonalds at 1:20 am and got my order at 2:11am 50 minutes for 3 items is crazy.

Its actually comical. Went to grab a couple McDoubles...who doesn't, its a simple and likely consistent order. Ordered at 11:47...finally left after 5 cars before me and the clock reached 12:27. You have to try to be this bad at this...

Also, the franchisee(in my opinion) should likely stop writing their own random 5 star reviews...its noticeably pathetic.

Unfortunately I dont think I will be visiitng this location again. Long wait times, poor quality food, and i was watching the manager of the place texting on her cell phone for several minutes while doing food preparation. Ive noticed the insids of the store has been looking very dirty with dirty tables and floors and all hand sanitizer stations were empty. Clearly needs new management

Flag etiquette is very important to remember in Canada. You can have the pride flag and the trans flag, BUT you MUST have the CANADIAN flag as the larger flag not just printed on a piece of paper…. That was horrible to see.
Also food was ok but service was terrible, nobody called out the order and just placed it on the counter and walked back to their chatter huddle.

I mean it's a McDonald's, so theres only so much you can say on that, you know what you're in for. The resteraunt is nice and modern but for not being busy the dinning room looked pretty dirty. Napkins on the floor, 1 out of 3 tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down all day. The service was also slow for what you expect at a fast food resteraunt

Every time I come to this location you can’t serve milkshakes. This is the 3rd time in a month. Your staff is rude, they offer no substitute.
