Ordered a large coffee 2 cream, 1 sugar. I don't know what I got but it tastes like burnt plastic. Yuk. Going to be setting me back some more time for my long drive ahead, having to go get coffee at another place.

Went in after a 14 hour shift nearby. It took over 10 minutes to put a very simple order together. The staff consisted almost entirely of teenage girls who seemed more interested in chatting than actually putting any orders together. Definitely the worst service I've had in a long time

This is the worst McDonald’s my wife and I have ever been to. The food is never hot and the fries are always gross and taste like they have been sitting there. I go for coffee around 10pm and they always say they are brewing a fresh pot but it takes two seconds and they hand me a coffee that isn’t even hot and tasted old and almost stale. They do it every night “brewing a fresh pot” and then I’m pretty sure they microwave it. My wife loves the cones from McDonald’s and got one one night and the ice cream was weirdly textured, it looked extremely off and was grainy almost, it was really gross she threw it out, we came back a week later and it was the same again. I doubt they have cleaned the ice cream machine once. It’s absolutely horrid. Going to have to drive to Stratford for it from now on.

Used to be good, but the last two times I have gone were extremely disappointing. We ordered five burgers and all of the buns were actually hard and chewy like they had been sitting out too long. The fries were cold and soggy. Not impressed. If things don't improve I won't be coming back sadly.

One of the better McDonald's in the area, always clean, friendly staff and decent food for a decent price. They are also one of the few McDonald's that still have a kids play area. A great place for a meal with the kids.

I was served through drive thru a snack wrap that was ripped apart and a mess. When I brought it back in, the red head who was at the till was extremely rude to me when I asked for a new one to be made. Because she was so ignorant, I asked for a refund. Everytime I go through drive thru, the wait times are extremely long, and the food is always old and cold.

By far the worst McDonalds in the province, and most definitely the absolute worst location I have ever been served at. I had the cashier read back my Drive-Thru order twice, and they still got it wrong. Not to mention whenever I order in person, I have to wait around 15 minutes for my order, while a group of four employees are happy to sit around and chat while their ovens and fryer are dinging, waiting for someone to tend to it, but nobody ever does. The grossly incompetent staff and the horrendous wait times aren’t the only issues I’ve faced here, every time I’ve gone in, the tables are always filthy, or are covered in crumbs and garbage, and every time I’ve ever asked for a frozen treat, their ice cream machine always seems to be “down for maintenance”. This problem has been prevalent over a course of almost 2 years now, just say your damn ice cream machine doesn’t work and stop lying to everyone. All around a horrible McDonalds location, AVOID THIS PLACE

I have been finding the experience at McDonalds has deteriorated considerably over the last couple of years. Not just St Marys, ther is no longer any consistency, it used to be a Big Mac or a Quarter Pounder was the same at all locations. The only things consistent is the portions a re smaller, the food is saltier and quality of burgers, breakfasts has deteriorated.

Consistently the most horrid drive thru wait times, nothing happens fast, constant order mess ups. Honestly the absolute worst mcdonalds on a consistant basis I've ever experienced, I will no longer waste my life waiting in their lines.
