Took my husband here for his birthday in August, made a reservation and it was a Tuesday. The food, once we finally got it, was delicious and it was no fault of our waitress, she was great. The dining room was very busy and it was understaffed, to say the least, 2 servers for a very full room, trying to wait tables, clear tables, make and serve drinks from the bar.

Arriving from UK to visit family living in St Marys we aquinted ourselves with this venue and we have to say they are so accomodating and inviting. Jennifer and her team go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. We visited both bar and resturant on several occasions throughout our stay and their attention to us was always consistent. Food and beverages were great and so reasonably priced for such a nice venue. We would definitely return and we would highly recommend you visit if you are in St Mary's, Ontario. Patrick & Beth UK

We went for my daughter’s birthday and had a fantastic time. We sat on the patio in perfect weather and the service was great as it was the last time we went. Highly suggest this restaurant!!
Great place to eat, but they need to change up the menu. Also the inside restaurant can get quite loud, solution is to install some ceiling baffles.

A friend and I stopped in today for lunch. We sat on the patio as the air conditioning in the restaurant made it quite chilly. Neither inside seating nor the patio were particularly busy. There were two servers working the patio.
We both had mocktails. Although they were out of pomegranate syrup, raspberry was offered as an alternative and it was perfect. I had Dill Pickerel (see pic) and my friend had the Solterito Bowl. Food quality and flavour...excellent!
Where our experience fell short was on the customer service end of things. Our server, while pleasant, was fairly inattentive. I returned from the Ladies Room to find our food had arrived but there was no cutlery. My friend said the server or runner came up behind her and quickly put the plates on the table and left just as quickly. I had to go find the server to get cutlery. She said she would bring it right away. She did not. I watched her (through the window) as she took drinks to an inside table whilst our food was sitting on the table cooling down. After bringing the cutlery, she never returned to see if the food was to our liking and did not ask if we wanted another drink or to have our water refreshed.
I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot but I do expect basic customer courtesy. There is a learning opportunity here, I think. I do wish to emphasize that our server was pleasant which we appreciated.

Staff was very good but there were issues. The drinks were not as expected. The shrimp tacos were very good. The Brisket was good. With both the dressing for the salad had very little. The fish and chips were not good. The fish was greasy and the fries were over done so they were rock hard.
