Disgusting Tim Hortons ever I came in with my family for coffee. One of the employees were so confused while making the basics which is ok sometimes people get overwhelmed and panic but when the other employee tried to help her by making the order she made it worst. While telling her to make another one she gave me an attitude and looked up to us with side eyes. Negative customer service along with worst food.

The absolute rudest customer service I've ever experienced the manager is extremely rude, dismissive and very disrespectful. I was nothing but polite and just asked if they would be willing to correct my order that they got wrong since I come there almost every day for breakfast, I was met with nothing but disrespect and rudeness. Not a way to run a business.

I used to get my food and coffee every day from this place as I was a driver in St.Marys for 2 years. I’ve been in too many Tims in AB and ON I’ve never liked the products taste the way I do in this Tims especially French Vanilla!!! And the whole team with no exception they’re kind and way skilled than the other places

This Tim Hortons is always a go to spot in town. Its service is hit and miss If you go in the morning, if the owner is on the floor it’s run a lot smoother. The drive through is quick and efficient and you don’t get any attitude from the older ladies working there. Around lunch time, you can definitely feel the change in attitude and the disrespect towards the high school students coming in for lunch. The staff get annoyed by the teenagers and treat them very disrespectfully, for no reason at all. You can hear it in the tone of their voice and tossing their food on the counter or in the way they call out the order. In the evening you get the teenagers working and they are great with the service, friendly staff and efficient. They really try to do a great job and the effort is seen. There is a lot of inconsistency with this location in the service and the food isn’t always to spec. You can order the same thing every day and it will be made differently each time. For example: I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap- one day it’s chicken with a salad base the next day it has rice in it. Or the blackberry quencher drink one day they ask me if I want lemonade in it and the other day it’s just sparkling water. Either way it’s still made good, but different each time, so there isn’t much consistency. You can also definitely tell the people that enjoy working there and the others who do not. Seeing the same faces each day while getting your coffee it’s nice to know someone by name and say hello or ask them how they are doing. Some are not so friendly at this location. It’s one out of two drive thru locations for coffee beside the McDonald’s. So there isn’t many options
