This restaurant didn’t make a whole lot of sense to me from the decor, menu and service.
We will call it eclectic style.
The decor is early 2000’s vibe with nothing really matching. Bright blue walls, just the same circle mirrors repeated along the wall with mostly rectangular furniture. The wood elements were all different stains from the flooring to the wood on the bar and furniture. Amateur paintings that didn’t match anything going on, just Scribble paintings.
There is a line of tiny circulator tables in the middle of the restaurant is cramped for space, I wouldn’t suggest ordering multiple appetizers to share or any side dish. There would be absolutely zero room on these small tables. The young helper was wearing a short denim skirt and sweater, I would say a bit too casual for any restaurant, another waiter was wearing blue jeans and a more dressy shirt and then last waiter was wearing dress pants and a dress shirt. Even McDonalds staff wear nicer pants to their establishment. Maybe there should be some sort of uniform or more guidelines were everyone dressed more professionally. Seemed like all the guests were over dressed compared to the staff that worked there.
We ordered the pasta which was bland in flavour. Pasta noodles with shrimp. It was in a ton of olive oil. Olive oil being a natural laxative, which the majority of restaurant staff would acknowledge, this wasn’t the best idea for a dish.
The dessert was great we had the Crème brûlée that came with a cookie, I don’t know how those two things go together but I enjoyed it with my tea.
The effort was missing the mark on the success of this night, by the lack of restaurant experience that is held. No knowledge of basic steps of service. The order of service and lack of service etiquette. They have a young helper who didn’t know seat numbers, auctioning off food at tables. I received my tea in two parts. I had received my milk, a large coffee mug, and sugar then had to wait for my tea pot to arrive. Didn’t come together. I had inappropriate cutlery for tea and dessert items. Everything seemed to be done at the cheapest price point of the quality of the food. Was even charged for a piece of bread to go with our pasta.
They had a musician who played some basic guitar over other music on a boombox on one of the tables. It was hard to tell what parts he was even playing and what was on the recording. Sounded like elevator music. We would have appreciated hearing something a little more authentic and showing off a musicians talent over hearing a recording with seeing someone holding a guitar. I am sure there are some other local artists that would be better suited.
Overall it really missed the mark for every box. We left feeling sick from the food afterwards. Definitely would not recommend or return back. I was really excited about this restaurant and it was a huge let down.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Amazing food. Had karaage chicken and tempura tofu. Both were so tasty! Highly recommend both. For our mains, we had mussels and pork schnitzel. Again both were very good. Ordered a bottle of grace bridge cab sauv - yummy and smooth. Live music really levelled up the ambiance. Will definitely go back. Service was excellent.

We had an excellent dining experience here. Service was attentive, but not intruding. I ordered the special - a Vietnamese dish with the freshest herbs and beautifully cooked trout. Perfectly delicious.

Had a fantastic lunch here for my wife's birthday. Both the food and the service are excellent. We will be back.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get into the restaurant. There is an accessible bathroom as well and an accessible parking spot just around the corner, although the entire street is a steep hill.

We were a hungry group of 8 looking to have a late lunch on the weekend - a sour tempered man made us feel unwelcome by grunting where and how we can sit (rather than finding a solution); was also quite unhappy we had questions about the menu, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. Thankfully, just at the next corner there is a restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating, fabulous staff and delicious food offering where our presence was welcome.

All our food was scrumptious, but the veggie burger was the most delicious one we have ever had. I would highly recommend eating here. The staff was also lovely ?

I have come here enough times that it was necessary for me to leave a review. You just don't find restaurants like this with a small town feel, but have comparable quality to larger establishments. I would consider my partner and I to be very picky eaters and each dish has not failed to, not only satisfy us, but suprise us in the quality relative to its price and quantity.

It seems that all menu items are thoroughly thought up. All ingredients we've interacted with here taste fresh and delicious. It is a small business that deserves to stay in business. Aside from the food, the service is gentle and attentive. The aesthetic of the space is unique and beautiful.

Well done TuttCo.

Great experience! We popped in for a late Saturday lunch, no reservation. We were warmly welcomed and promptly seated in the comfy window table. We all had burgers with greens and shared a plate of fries. Everything was delicious. The burger ‘sauce’ was a hit. The greens and vinaigrette were fresh and clearly not from a clam pack! Highly recommend and will be back for sure!
