For the owners! You need more people on the floor there! Brutally torturing only two employees with serving too many customers is unethical! I had to leave before ordering. Makes you feel deeply sorry for the employees who run around constantly but can't make it. New owners need to be investigated for employees abuse

I was here on February 7th, a Friday night at 6pm. There were only three people working. They were running around from the drive thru window to the dining room counter and couldn't keep up. I waiting 15 minutes in line inside before leaving and this is not the first time this has happened. There was a person on break but I don't understand the logic of scheduling breaks during a dinner rush.

I regularly go here for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. The food is always freshly prepared and the coffee is the best in town. The staff are very friendly, welcoming you and wishing you a good day when you leave. Some even remember your name. On one occasion, my food was slow coming out so Tracy apologized profusely and added a free hashbrown and fruit pie to my tray. I will definitely continue to go back!

I really don't understand how you call your place a fast food restaurant one. It couldn't be further from the truth. It should not take almost 20 minutes to make a classic breakfast and the all Canadian classic breakfast. Your staff goofs around the main objective and priority is not about getting the food out as quick as possible. Absolutely pathetic. Won't be coming back again. Could go to a dine in restaurant and get faster service in this

Completely lazy, ordered a cheeseburger with only ketchup and it took 10 minutes for them to make, she noticed I was getting antsy waiting for my food (since I was on break from work and it was getting close to the time I needed to be back) she said “we are waiting on fresh meat” while her coworker in the back is literally adding to an already filled bin of patties…. Honestly just save your time and go to literally any other a&w

Nobody in the resturant, nor drive thru and the wait was not long, however my food arrived and the fries were cold not even warm at all. This place is always a bit messy. Always a similar experience sometimes I come here and theres no line and I once waited 20 minutes to even be served. Theres better locations I'd avoid this one if you can. Too bad because I like a&w food but this location makes the company look bad. Do better.
It used to be the best fast food restaurant in St Thomas, but since the ownership changed, the service has degraded. It was once one of the best A&W"s, and now it's one of the worst.

I pulled up in drive through, there were no other cars. I was asked to pull around and park in the lot. I did not understand why as there were no more cars in front of me or behind me. I then waited 18 min for my food. This place used to be so good, now it's horrible.

This is a gas station location, so adjusted expectations accordingly. I've been here many times and have generally been pleased with the food. Service, sadly in all of Brampton follows Indian standards instead of N. American. Wish owners and managers would make more of an effort to improve that.
