Al’s has one of the best walk-in pizza specials around. The pizza itself is really good and has a unique flavor that stands out from other places. The crust is nicely chewy—exactly how I like it—and the sauce ties everything together perfectly. Definitely a solid spot for great pizza at a great price.
While the food was amazing, the service was not. We went into the store and ordered 2 wraps and 2 cans of pop. Now it was a Friday night which I know is busy, and had the delay of almost a half hour been due to that I would have said fine. But we literally watched the person start the wraps and walk away 3 times because she thought she had to be in everyone else's work space. I don't know if she is the supervisor or manager but she needs to learn how to focus on...
Amazing pizza, staff and vegan options. And they give back to the community in a big way! Honestly just an all around fantastic business to have in St. Thomas. When ordering a large quantity once, I actually had a staff member figure out what the cheapest combo would be for me to save the most money, instead of just putting each pizza in separately at full cost. That kind of service is pretty unheard of these days, but Al's constantly embodies it. They have two locations...
