Very disappointed with the presentation and the taste. Paid $5.85 before tax for a cold soggy cereal.
False advertisement!!!!

Boxcar Donuts never disappoints! I've been a few times, and the donuts are always fresh, soft, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. My favorites are the Tres Leches and Biscoff donuts, but every flavor I've tried has been delicious. The staff is friendly, and it's always worth stopping by for a treat. Highly recommend!

Just tried out Boxcar Donuts, great first visit, had a 20oz Latte and a chocolate walnut crunch. Both were excellent! The donuts looked very appealing and I noticed the apple fritters, massive compared to another popular chain that has shrunk theirs. Want a visually appealing and a great tasting donut along with a nicely prepared coffee made by a friendly professional staff give this local business a visit.

Went there almost closing time but I could still buy a raw strawberry l, a mint chocolate and chocolate walnut one. The size of donuts are bigger than Tim and the texture is very soft with rich flavours

This isn't the place to go for your health.
This is the place to go for the best donut of your life.

I don't go for the best and most tasty donut often, but when i do - i go here.

Went a few days ago and used my credit card with no issues. Went in today and not sure if it's new ownership or what, but they now have a sign stating "cash or debit preferred". When I said Mastercard as that's what's in my wallet I got told they didn't accept it. When i pointed out "preferred" I was told i could use it if that's all I had.

I get that companies pay service fees for credit card use, but if your doughts are almost 5 dollars a piece, I'm sorry but that's on you.

Won't be back after this poor service and changes.

Okay, so I'm not typically a donut or coffee person, but I'm totally OBSESSED! our family loves this place! In addition to the friendly staff, my favorite is an off menu item, which is a must try! It's an iced sugar-free caramel latte with almond milk. This thing is so good that I've now gotten 6 other friends hooked on them. Then we get into their next level donuts. It's in their name, their nut!!!! So good! A MUST TRY! You won't regret it!

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking directly in front of the store and the store is completely accessible. They do not yet have an automatic door opener for their door. However, their has not been one time yet where I have not turned away from the counter and before I could make a step towards the door, the staff person is asking I'd they can assist me with opening the door.

Amazing donuts here!!! I was already happy with the raised donuts that were just the right amount of sweetness. The cake donut did not disappoint as well. We would definitely return. The only odd thing was the payment where it seemed like they preferred cash payment but still accepted credit cards.

Ordered online well in advance online and had issues with communication. Eventually got an apology for the lack of customer service, after too many errors. I won’t go back.
