Anyone that has given this location a bad review obviously has not been here since the renovation.The food is hot, fresh and tasty. The drive-thru and restaurant staff are all super friendly.This is what BK was when I was growing up in the 80s. Thats not so much a commentary on BKs retro logo or their mid century modern dine-in esthetic but more so on the care they’ve put back into preparing food fit for a King!For those of you that love spice, their Angry breakfast sandwiches are killer!

first time in the new store. It was very hot inside, 98°F (temp on watch)and no air moving. when i ordered, i asked if the a/c or air exchange could be turned on to cool the eating area down. Was told at the counter that noone is allowed to change the temperature inside except the GM. GM wasnt there. I asked for the # or they could call them to get permission. Either thought i was joking or just ignored my request. Just continued with our order.I was not the only person to complain about the high temp inside. " it is what it is" i was told at the counter. I told him i would be leaving a negative review on google. So here it is.To top it off. only 4 other people in the store. We had to clean a table off. When we left there was noone else in the eating area. All tables were dirty, fries and napkins on seats. The entire time(25 mins) we were there no employees came into the dining area. We took the last napkins.

their fish burgers bring a real crunch with the giant bones you'll be getting in the middle of this poorly made patty... All this money renovating and the food is still as awful as ever

Useless bunch. Kept me waiting for over 20 minutes. Made a mobile order, got to the drive through, no one spoke to me, headed over to the window, one guy just closed the window and asked me to wait.....waited for about 15mins, about 4 people just kept going about, until someone later came to ask me what I wanted....No apologies, nothing. This is at Talbot St Thomas by the way. Never met a bunch of people more unprofessional than these ones

I am currently sitting in the Burger King on Talbot in St.Thomas, on. I ordered 2 ice cream Sundaes at 5:10pm. Chocolate. When I was given my Sundaes, I noticed that one was less than half full (with the peak just barely hitting half, and the second one had the peak hitting maybe the 3/4 mark). When I held up the Sundae to show the employee, she responded with “what.”. I said “there’s no ice cream in these.”. She said “yes there is. That’s the way it’s supposed to be.” - I have NEVER in my life received an ice cream sundae that pathetic. Ever. And her response was VERY unprofessional and rude. I said “no. That is not what it’s supposed to look like.”. Her response was “I’m the manager. Yes it is. 3 swirls. That’s what you got.”. Her body language and demeanour was not professional, nor was it something I would want representing my company. Customer service is everything. Her attitude had my back up immediately. Food is expensive. If I buy a Sundae. I expect a full Sunday. Not something that is 2 or 3 mouthfuls. I paid for that. In the end I returned it and asked for a refund. She rudely accepted and chucked the sundaes in the trash turning her back on me and exchanging meaningful glances at her coworkers in front of me. RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If you don’t sell ice cream after 10 pm maybe contact skip the dishes to have it taken off the app at 10. If you don’t have what someone ordered on skip, the least you guys can do is call and let the customer know (like timmies and other places do) instead of sending a random dessert item out.
