I’ve generally had a good experience here but the last time I went it was kinda so so mostly cause of our waitress. Food turned out decent but staff was not on point. Hopefully better next time though.

2 pm lunch. Coffee tasted scorched, no refill. Wife's food - Soup was cool / cold, lobster was lukewarm, burnt, and very difficult to separate from the shell. Steak was ordered well done and delivered burnt. My burger was ok, fries cool. Manager discounted the meal and apologized. Not returning.

Came in at 11pm Saturday and was greeted by the manager Kate. Was great service, fast and friendly! She recommended to add buffalo chicken to the loaded fries and I thoroughly enjoyed them!! Was even better because they were half priced after 9pm. Wonderful fast friendly service. Will be back!!!

The male manager on duty the other night was doing an amazing job helping his staff, usually when it’s the female manager I feel like she is preoccupied with her phone and the staff are under more pressure.

Service was a bit slow but attentive and they apologized and offered a free desert. We declined but they knocked a bit off the bill.
Food was good but steak slightly overcooked. I guess that's better than undercooked.

Came in with a large group of 25 last min and Logan took great care of us. All out orders were correct along with drinks. Bills were split properly at the end of our meals. Couldn’t ask for much better service. Will definitely be coming back!

Maddi was absolutely amazing.haven't had anyone that amazing as a waitress in a long long time. deffinetly a great atmosphere.

Good food but the service was very slow. It might be because there weren’t enough servers though, because the girl serving us was running around doing so much !!! Not her fault she couldn’t get to us but maybe they should hire more people

Always a good spot to go for a quick drink, but dinner is also a great option. I frequent this location for a few beers with the boys on a regular basis but every time I've sat down for dinner has always been a great experience. The steaks are definitely a go to especially at the price point they're at. The main draw is the staff is always amazing and keeps us coming back. Definitely a solid pick for a night out with friends or family.

Parking: In a plaza so you have parking available from the other businesses that have much lower customer volume

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu comes with a coloring page always a bonus

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and button for anyone in a wheelchair
