The staff is very kind, accommodating, and patient, even on days when the store is packed. Never had a negative experience there, and the manager in particular does a great job of greeting every customer and creating a positive atmosphere.

The service is fast so that’s good, but not very friendly. Not a smile to be had by any staff multiple times we’ve gone. 😒

This location is great. They always give a good amount of toppings and the main manager guy is always super friendly!

Guy working tonight was amazing!!

Quite disappointed. We have been to this location twice in the past 2 weeks for blizzards and this location doesn’t seem to do the flip test and when I have seen them do it, its a half flip never upside down. There ice cream turns to liquid quite fast and I think if the flip test was done they would all fail. Ice cream does seem to have a good amount of toppings and does taste good.

Thank you to DQ. After a problem with their machine caused a birthday cake to be not quite successful. They replaced our cake for the next birthday party. Thanks the cake was delicious
