I stopped in at 8pm to order with my child. I was refused a chair and was told I am only able to use a stool. I’m disabled. I can’t even get on a stool. I had a child with me who couldn’t even reach the stool. So much for closing at midnight and being disability friendly,
0 cleaning was actually happening and no mop bucket was in site.
Swish sells Swish® Winterinse™ Floor Cleaner in a 4l bucket. Mop once and 0 salt will be left on you floors and you won’t be able to use salt an an excuse not to let people eat in your establishment!!!

Went here after watching a late hockey game in Aylmer bc it’s FIREHOUSE SUBS!! We got there n it was a half hour to closing. The OPEN sign was turned off but the inside lights were on but no staff could be seen inside. Another couple went in so we went in. We ordered n was told that they closed in 20 minutes so the dinning room was closed. We were not going to stay as we had an 1 & 1/2 hr drive home. After ordering not sure of the workers name, but when she was given cash to pay for the order we were told that we would be getting a lot of quarters for change. We didn’t mind, but the staff practically threw all the change in my daughter’s hand. We got our order n left with about 5 minutes to their closing. The dining room lights were turned off while we waited. Subs were good as expected but we didn’t get the pickles that we ordered. N we didn’t notice until on our drive home.

The service by call on is terrible. Poor attitude and unable to understand the orders. Did not fill the entire order. Forgot to place 1 sub into the bag. Called in and the individual placed the phone on the counter and never came back.

Hadn't been into a Firehouse Subs for a few years, far superior to Subway and the other mainstream places. Staff was very friendly and made a great sandwich. My go to now for Subs.

Until today, I’ve always said how amazing the gluten free sandwich is here…. Not anymore. The supplier obviously has changed. The bread was dry and chewy. Nothing like before.
