The service by call on is terrible. Poor attitude and unable to understand the orders. Did not fill the entire order. Forgot to place 1 sub into the bag. Called in and the individual placed the phone on the counter and never came back.

My daughter is a picky eater but she loved their turkey chicken. It was delicious. Service was excellent. Birthday girl Regan served her with patience. I really appreciate their food and service!

Hadn't been into a Firehouse Subs for a few years, far superior to Subway and the other mainstream places. Staff was very friendly and made a great sandwich. My go to now for Subs.

Until today, I’ve always said how amazing the gluten free sandwich is here…. Not anymore. The supplier obviously has changed. The bread was dry and chewy. Nothing like before.

For lunch today, I tried Firehouse Subs in St. Thomas! The sub I had was the Caprese Chicken sub which was super tasty alongside the cookie!! I hope to come back to Firehouse Subs again someday..

The food at firehouse has always been great however they really need to work on their customer service. I ordered my sub on the app, I made adjustments like I always do (because of an allergy) I got to the location to pick up my order to find they made it incorrectly as they did not receive the adjustments I made. The General Manager was at the store and attempted to blame me for the error - stating they made the sub how it arrived at the store despite my order history showing I always order my sub this specific way. I honestly didn’t have the energy to argue and stood there with a blank expression as she told me she could make me a new sub at full cost. I told her I’d pay for the added ingredients but not a full sub (that’s insane) She kept explaining to me how this would be a negative for her store to just make a new sub..
I’ve never experienced this kind of customer service at any fast food establishment. I’ve worked in the food industry and understand how much food is wasted, one sub is not going to make a difference.
While the food was great once she finally agreed to make me the sub I ordered. I’m just baffled by the service, especially coming from a general manager.
