Went into your location tonight in hopes to get the new thanksgiving sub was told they didnt have any stuffing out. I asked them if they could get some out just after 8 was told nope! I said so your willing to lose out on a order was told yes we are. I though this was very poor service.

My friend ordered 3 footlong brisket subs and a kids meal about an hour ago and all were exactly as ordered, except mine. They were ordered all the same but all mine had was the meat and a tiny bit of sauce so it was dry. I have put off trying your subs because I found them a little on the pricey side, but I decided to do it anyway. My mistake. Will definitely not be back, what a shame.

Ordered on their website for delivery 45 minutes before they closed. Never received the food and only live 10ish minutes away (had been drinking so could not drive). Very disappointed. I really don't understand how something like this happens.
Placed online order for gluten free. Arrived at store and was told they did not have any GF buns and could not give refund. We are out for 2 GF subs $30+. Corp can't help as it's up to local store. Local store manager is unreachable, never returns calls and staff can't reach the either.
Dietary restrictions: Never have gluten free, should remove from menu as an option.

Best subs so far abit pricey but what do u expect good people good service and best sub shop so far...
Food is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The only downside is the price which in my opinion is a bit high.
Dietary restrictions: My wife who is a celiac was able to get a nice meal and felt assured that the staff understood how to handle her order.
Their Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket might be the best sandwich I've ever had.

Ordered a turkey holiday special sub. The second time I order through the mobile app and the sandwich was sabotaged. They older lady working who made it left the turkey meat off and only prepared it with stuffing. It was discusting. Reported it to corporate. This is shameful on her behalf and it's too bad for such an over priced sub.I always wondered why it was never that busy there compared to the other locations but with people like that working there I'm sure a lot of people don't bother

They charge you for an extra pickle and then wont provide you with that extra pickle. also to note, when asked for more than 1 extra pickle, they say they arent allowed and that you can only have 1 extra pickle. its over priced. Very poor management.

Great subs but management is obviously an issue here. Wait times are way to long due to them only having one poor kid trying to make all the subs for online orders and internal. I waited 20 for a sub today. No fault of the sandwich maker he was great.
