We ordered a bucket meal 8 pc chicken LG popcorn chicken and 2 sides 3 dips. We received a 2 pc chicken box of popcorn chicken leaving half of the popcorn chicken out of the order. We paid $50 for this meal and are missing 1/2 of the popcorn chicken. They didn’t even have mash potatoes or corn. Tried to call to fix the issue and get a large popcorn but no answer of course

We went here at this location on Oct. 12 , 2024 ... The staff were very helpful with the recommendations, KFC is ❤️even if she's so busy taking calls, taking orders, preparing food to be pick up but she manage well. which made me impressed Thank you so much ( HAPPY TUMMY- BURP )

Their mobile ordering system is broken. Didn't get half of my meal, 3 of 6 items were missing, 0 compensation. Was treated like we were stupid by the employee. Worst service I've ever gotten across Ontario.

▪Exactly what is the issue with management at this location about putting napkins in delivery??? It's like they consistently want to stay two points behind Mary Brown's or any other chicken place... Seriously, you can consistently order $50-80, whatever worth of food from this place and not get one single napkin or hand wipe. That's DISGUSTING service.

I came down to st Thomas to try their KFC and when I got back to my mother-in-law place to find dried up drumsticks in my bucket…. I saw the guy kept on looking at us when we were leaving but I didn’t know why, until now… this is unacceptable my son use to work at a KFC and this type of chicken they either throw away or they eat it on their break… I’m not happy with this and to put five in my bucket is even brave to do. Not one but five.
