Great coffee. I've been using their coffee, Don Rey's continental roast for about 19 years. The girls are great!

The atmosphere was excellent, and the coffee surpassed expectations. As a new coffee drinker, I was genuinely impressed to discover a blend that was remarkably smooth while still maintaining a robust flavour.

I used to love this coffee and encouraged others to try it and often purchased to give as gifts. I've found the quality to have drastically decreased and is no longer enjoyable. Sad to say my business left St. Thomas and I purchase from another roastery.

Incredible coffee beans; roasted to perfection with options for any coffee drinker! My favourite blend had been out on the shelves at farm boy and I wanted to try some limited edition blends so I placed a large online order. Because of extreme weather the delivery was delayed but Val decided to make a personal run, right to my house with a complementary bag and sampler for the inconvenience. A true gift! I get tons of support local and drink amazing coffee.

Fabulous. One word. This local coffee roaster offering fantastic blends. While not a physical location that you could get a take out coffee in. They offer a bevy of beautiful blends on their website. The owners are just the loveliest people and their passion for fine coffee can be felt and tasted. St Thomas should be proud to have such a great women owned coffee roaster.

Been loyal buyer of las chicas del cafe beans from our local cafe for years, fantastic company. Consistent goodness in every bag, they know how to roast and select beans! If you know beans… you won’t be disappointed.

This is not a cafe at all despite the owner's poor choice in name. After giving their coffee a few chances, every roast has been terribly overpriced for stale, burnt, low quality coffee. Roasts were not even dated as freshness is clearly not a priority. There are plenty of great coffee roasters around with better quality, lower prices and a commitment to freshness. I would rather drink a gas station coffee, or none at all than drink las Chicas del cafe.
