Fabulous. One word. This local coffee roaster offering fantastic blends. While not a physical location that you could get a take out coffee in. They offer a bevy of beautiful blends on their website. The owners are just the loveliest people and their passion for fine coffee can be felt and tasted. St Thomas should be proud to have such a great women owned coffee roaster.

Been loyal buyer of las chicas del cafe beans from our local cafe for years, fantastic company. Consistent goodness in every bag, they know how to roast and select beans! If you know beans… you won’t be disappointed.

This is not a cafe at all despite the owner's poor choice in name. After giving their coffee a few chances, every roast has been terribly overpriced for stale, burnt, low quality coffee. Roasts were not even dated as freshness is clearly not a priority. There are plenty of great coffee roasters around with better quality, lower prices and a commitment to freshness. I would rather drink a gas station coffee, or none at all than drink las Chicas del cafe.

I ordered whole beans for delivery and have tried the Melado honey process so far. Very happy with the coffee. The owners are very responsive, friendly and helpful. I sadly had a delivery stolen off my porch and they very graciously sent a replacement. I will definitely order again.

Don Rey's private reserve is the best coffee ive ever had- full stop. Been in search of a daily driver for a couple months now and this tops everything. 10/10

For people and new comers to st thomas. At Tim Hortons 191 talbot Street there staff is the most rudest ppl I've ever incountered ,they have sold me rotten food with black lettes on 4 sandwiches they refused to remake our food or replace my money lost out on 30$. Another time about a week after dealing with unruly manager,they made me a tea it was wrong ,i told them its not right could you pls make a new one with cream not milk got to the window they handed a new one still not right remake it, i just wanted cream not milk the worker started loosing it swaring at me i made the tea 3 f- ing times , i said pardon me let me speak to your manager which she refused, i wasnt moving from that line finally after about 4mins the next staff member went and got the manager the lady that made the tea was now getting louder and swaring once again, this manager started get loud with me feeding off of her employees rage. i took the wrong tea and left no help from staff what so ever. Another time we sat inline for 15mins someone left their dog in the car no windows down dog was dieing we had said something at the window they then told us to mind our own business, i called the police to deal with the dog. The last time was today we waited about 5 mins no biggy once i ordered they said we dont have tea i said are u for real or is this a joke all of the sudden that same manager hoped on and started with an attitude telling me if i didnt like to leave and never come back again. This manager has a problem with criticism and is not at all accomidating in any way. i have recorded everything everytime with witnesses that im there . Ive been a faithful costumers for over 20yrs . This manager is clearly targeting ppl she needs to be fired this has happened on a number of occasions with this same person. she is making Tim Hortons look stupid. Iam a local and spend about 160$ a week on foods & coffee's. because of this crazy lady I will no longer be going to Timmy's and I suggest if don't want to be her next target you do not go there. The others are good but she has put such a bad taste in my mouth that Iam done with this company for good.
