I ordered the cinnamon bread and it was absolutely disgusting. As soon as I opened the box, it smelled sour, and when I tried it, it tasted sour too. On top of that, it was extremely hard and difficult to chew. It was clearly not fresh and completely inedible. I ended up throwing it away. Very disappointing experience and definitely not what I expected.

My wife and I went there on December 15th to grab 3 pepperoni..I was told by and older lady that they don't sell food to ex employees?I asked who said that..She told me it was hers and the district manager?This place treats ex employees like garbage so we left and went to Domino's pizza instead..Atleast their staff treat customers with respect and their food service is far better than this joint..Its a shame that no one is willing to correct their staff on how to treat customers and ex employees with respect..Maybe everyone who works at little caesars need to take a crash course how to treat customers properly and if that doesn't work then fire them all and than find someone who can do a better job than what is there working at this location..

Food is decent. You get what you pay for, but it's a good budget friendly pizza night option. They have a well designed online order and contactless pick up system where you pick your pizzas up in little heated lockers.

Honestly this is one of the worst little Caesar’s I’ve been to. I only go here when I am in a pinch and need that hot and ready pizza but when I saw my pizza when I got home I was reminded again why we try not to go here. I should have checked at the store because I would have demanded another one. Lesson learned! So many burnt air bubbles making this less pizza.

Poor service not willing to accommodate allergy or food preferences, even after calling and offering to pay whatever to get those preferences. The lady on the phone was sarcastic and not helpful. I cancelled my order. I don't want a sarcastic person making my food even if they would accommodate. Looking at the reviews, the management doesn't seem to care what people write. First and last time with the St. Thomas Little Caesars.

I’ve been going to this place for almost 20 years, and to be honest it’s probably the best little Caesars. You go to London and it’s just not the same cause there’s like 20 little Caesars there. This little Caesars might be the greasiest pizza I’ve ever had (cause I ask for garlic butter) but it is some of the best pizza I’ve had.

Worse service ever we literally were just in there watching a guy load up the fridge with pop sees us standing there and doesn't offer us service or tells someone were there. Worse little caesars ever I won't be going back. So we went to Dominos a place that actually acknowledges your there.

I ordered two pizzas and was really let down. Both were extremely greasy,the base and crust were soaked to the point that grease was dripping off as I tried to pick up a slice.
It made the whole experience pretty unpleasant. The flavor was also very basic and lacked any real depth or uniqueness. Unfortunately, this was even worse than my experiences with Domino’s. I won’t be ordering from here again.
