Lotus Thai is a true hidden gem in the heart of St. Thomas! From the moment you walk into the cozy, quaint atmosphere, you’re greeted with a warm smile that sets the tone for a great meal. The wontons were a standout—plump, flavorful, and wrapped in a pastry that hit that elusive 'perfect crunch' without being too hard. The atmosphere is nice and cosy. The restaurant is inside an iconic doctors house from the 1800s, which I love. The service is curteous and professional. The food is the best Thai I have had in a very long time.
