Lots of different flavours of ice cream as well as things to add to make it your own. Would be hard to run out of combos. Staff are always friendly and keep the line moving whenever it’s backed up. Not a whole lot of room inside to even lineup let alone sit. They can also be inconsistent on the availability of a dairy free flavour option.

NICE CLEAN store with ABSOLUTELY AWESOME ICECREAM!!!!!! The price is WORTH IT when you taste their WIDE VARIETY of ICECREAM TREATS...... COCONUT ICECREAM is truly AMAZING and it is SO TASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped in around 4pm yesterday (Sunday). I wish I had of caught our server's name. She was wonderful. She clearly likes people, and is excellent at customer service. I don't think I was inside the store more than about a minute before she was handing me samples to try (they were amazing.)
I ended up getting the "Willy Wonka" (double chocolate with chocolate chips and chocolate sauce) in a waffle bowl. I added maraschino cherries, because I could. It was fantastic.
Also worth noting, is the cleanliness of the store. It was absolutely immaculate.
Great experience. Will most certainly be back.
Vegetarian options: There are a few (~3) clearly marked flavors, made with oat milk (vegan).
Dietary restrictions: Some vegan, and low fat (yogurt) options available.

It’s true what they said about the shifts , my son used to work there and he got like 3 shifts in 3 months , very unorganized , not training at all. Always under staff

Fabulous ice cream and great staff, super friendly and always patient! However, there is always one employee working at a time, this is poor management and I feel horrible for the employees trying to deal with skip orders and busy Saturdays. I have nothing against the employees and personally am fine with the wait but I can't imagine the pressures on the poor staff! Having one person working on a Saturday is ridiculous, management needs to fixed.

Was put on last minute cake duty and had to have a cake made the next day, Stefon said that he would take the order and try his best to have it done for the next day but there was no promises or guarantees that it would be finished %100 for the following day, which is more than understandable. The next day I went in to pick up the cake, and saw it was a full house and it seemed he was the only one working, I waited my turn and happily he showed me the cake which was perfect, and wished me a happy family day on my way out, the cake was perfect, and it made the birthday girl very very happy. We were very happy and thankful for Stefons stellar service, and his dedication to make the cake as best it could be in the short time I needed it, thank you very much, and we will most certainly be going back for another cake sometime soon!

First visited Marble Slab St Thomas a few weeks ago, when I was visiting Canada from Australia. The whole experience was incredible - Not only are the menu and options delicious, but it was the staff that completely blew me away. SO warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and they made the visit fun!Today I wanted to order my partner a half pint of our favourite combo via Ubereats (I'm back in Aus), and include an Anniversary note - And they delivered, and it looked amazing. So, thank you!!!Can't wait to pop into the store again when I'm back over there. :)
