I ordered through Skip but the issue I have had nothing to do with the delivery service. They forgot both hashbrowns, forgot straws, gave no utensils or napkins. The happy meal was missing the yogurt & toy. Do not recommend this McDonald’s at all.

How hard is it to put straws in a bag! Absolutely sick of it, almost every visit don’t receive a straw or straws for the amount of the order. You are all old enough to know how to count

The morning crew of women are the reason I go here for breakfast. They are always quick, efficient and friendly. The morning staff changed here several months ago and since then the service has been exceptional. Previously, when I would walk in if I saw the old crew I knew to just leave. Quality was bad, wait times were long and the customer service was aweful. I'm grateful for the women who are there now.

I can completely appreciate the 2.8 star review. This was hands down (but don’t really put your hands down, you’ll get a communicable disease) the dirtiest location I’ve been to - floor, tables, staff clothing, the decor doesn’t look like it’s gotten so much as a dry wipe for quite some time. Staffing was lacklustre, no eye contact, no greeting or thank you through the absolutely one sided ‘transaction’. Luckily St.Thomas has another representation that has a consistently good customer service experience. Will not return.
I ordered the McSpicy with Habanero sauce... Pitiful picture attached.
Also, it's telling that the owner or manager has never bothered to respond to reviews. They don't care.

How is it that you guys can charge over 7 dollars for a McSpicy that is as small as a Jr Chicken. Literally half the size of one bun, and you gave me Cola when I requested Ice tea. And the chicken was way over done dry and not even spicy. You guys raise the price on everything. The true definition of junk food with employees that clearly dont want to amount to anything in life.

Got attitude from a staff member for not coming quickly enough for her liking to pick up a mobile order. After all that she didnt even make my food right. A dbl cheeseburger with and extra patty, no bun, add tomato, extra onions and pickle. No 3rd patty and no cheese is crazy. But I waited til I got to where I was going to eat it (Windsor) so now what. They also do not answer their phone. Ever.
