Don't buy decaf coffee here, I've only ordered it twice for sit- in cuppa, (2nd time 3rd Dec) and both times I've needed to take it back as it was luke-warm. The non decaf is fine, but I guess they dont keep the decaf under heat, in an ern or whatever. I guess if I want a hot one for the future here, I've got to go with non decaf, not good enough! đ

My recent experience at this McDonaldâs was truly disappointing. The staff showed a complete lack of basic courtesy and customer service.

I ordered two McRanch grilled chicken wraps, but both turned out to be crispy (fried) instead of grilled, even though the label said âgrilled.â Mistakes happen, so we went back to the McDonaldâs to have it corrected. Unfortunately, the experience with the young male manager on duty (October 20, 2025) was extremely disappointing. He took one of the wraps we brought back, threw it in the trash, and replaced only one, despite both being wrong. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, and his attitude was very dismissive and unprofessional. The rest of the staff were polite and helpful, but the managerâs behavior was unacceptableâhe acted arrogantly, showed no remorse, and even sat down to eat right in front of us as if he didnât care. This is the second time Iâve noticed the same manager behaving this way, showing clear attitude issues and favoritism among the staff.
**McDonald's Review: Decent Food, Drive-Thru Coupon Issue**
Stopped at McDonald's drive-thru for a quick family meal between sporting events. The food was warm and tasty, standard McDonald's quality. We used two free-fry coupons, but the cashier didnât apply them, took the coupons, making the total too high. Another employee apologized, offered a refund without checking the receipt, but we just asked for our coupons back. The mix-up felt like poor training. Rated 2.5/5âgood food, but check your receipt with coupons.

Jokes aside I understand this is a fast food retailer which implies quality is lesser than a sit down establishment.
I would like to see mcdonalds discontinue promising quality when it is rarely delivered, the product does not reflect its projected worth, is 8/10 times cold, old or wrong. Its a disrespectful blow as people work and come home, go back out for a quick warm meal and are met with these conditions.
My wallet is also concerned when the cost is JUST equal to most sit down restaurants (fork, knife and plate) but are also met with these conditions and the foods failing quality.
I understand that I chose to go back out after working and chose to eat here, but I also chose a Smarty Mcflurry.

Operator said I will get refund cause they are close. So fix app for not be able order on closed time. Of let people know before they start to order that the spot it closed.

Itâs good
I ordered my food with a special request and it had the correct information on the little ticket tag on the box but was not correct inside. Therefore, I drove all the way there to pick it up drove all the way home to enjoy it, realizing I was unable to eat it. What a big inconvenience as well as an expense. As well as time wasted. So so disappointed!
