I have went to the Mr Sub in St Thomas and their subs are crap just like any other crap money making overpriced scamming fast food place in St Thomas, with a few exceptions of course.The Sunset Mr Sub is amazing they put the proper amount of meat and veggies. They even overload if you ask. The workers are polite and treat you with respect. I honestly wish other places would go there and learn how to treat people and make subs. Awesome job gals, greatly appreciated!

I came in last Sunday and delighted myself to a steak and cheese sub. It was quite enjoyable. My expectations were rather middle of the pack, but the sub exceeded my initial expectations. There was nothing to complain about the service. The atmosphere was about as expected from a sandwich store, but it wasn’t necessarily something I care too much about. Compared to Subway, Mr. Sub takes the cake!

I just ordered a small roast beef and cheddar sub, and had it delivered by door dash....when I opened my sub, I saw ONE THIN SLICE OF ROAST BEEF....are you kidding me?????? I will NEVER order from here EVER again....

This is what I ordered and what I got. Missing tons of ingredients. My 6 year old son also ordered an assorted sub and had to throw it out after one bite as it tasted sour and rotten. I ordered through skip the dishes and they weren’t getting back to me. I called the restaurant and the guy who answered the phone said I absolutely couldn’t speak with a manager because there wasn’t one around then handed the phone to a girl. She told me she had 3 subs to make and was frazzled so she messed it up. She then said there was nothing they could do about it. Horrible experience. I waited 30 minutes for inedible food and wasn’t rectified at all. I ended up getting my money back from skip the dishes and ordered from the Talbot street location instead. The service was wonderful and everything arrived quick and was delicious. I’ll never order from this location again. It was absolutely disgusting.
They didn't use Oven to toast the sub. Just grilled my sub...it was cold and cheese didn't melt.... overall no good...

Arrived 45 minutes after the scheduled opening hours. Ordered our subs, and the employee looked at us like she wasn’t aware what was even happening - despite standing at the counter appearing to be ready to take our order. She talked like she was extremely confused, and then out of nowhere said, “I’m sorry we literally just opened and I need to fill up the sauces.” She then disappeared to the back for an extended period of time before serving us.
45 minutes after opening, and your staff are not prepared to serve customers - on top of the fact that they don’t not seem to be in the right headspace to be working.
On top of this, I come to the google reviews and see the lovely little note left on a previous customers order - wow. What a disgusting and offensive thing to allow to happen in your store.
Absolutely will not be back.

My partner and I received our food order today (April 3, 2024) and found the following scrawled on our package.As a gay couple, we found the message highly inappropriate, to say the least. We live in a free country, and people can believe whatever they want, but the message was unnecessarily targeted and we'd greatly appreciate a follow up.

Had subs from here twice now. Months apart. The first one was a mess. Falling apart. A slip of sauce everywhere. Terrible.And now a second chance, the sub is hard and stale. Never again. Go to Mr sub inside st.thomas on Talbot if you want quality.
