Arrived 45 minutes after the scheduled opening hours. Ordered our subs, and the employee looked at us like she wasn’t aware what was even happening - despite standing at the counter appearing to be ready to take our order. She talked like she was extremely confused, and then out of nowhere said, “I’m sorry we literally just opened and I need to fill up the sauces.” She then disappeared to the back for an extended period of time before serving us.
45 minutes after opening, and your staff are not prepared to serve customers - on top of the fact that they don’t not seem to be in the right headspace to be working.
On top of this, I come to the google reviews and see the lovely little note left on a previous customers order - wow. What a disgusting and offensive thing to allow to happen in your store.
Absolutely will not be back.

My partner and I received our food order today (April 3, 2024) and found the following scrawled on our package.As a gay couple, we found the message highly inappropriate, to say the least. We live in a free country, and people can believe whatever they want, but the message was unnecessarily targeted and we'd greatly appreciate a follow up.

Had subs from here twice now. Months apart. The first one was a mess. Falling apart. A slip of sauce everywhere. Terrible.And now a second chance, the sub is hard and stale. Never again. Go to Mr sub inside st.thomas on Talbot if you want quality.

Usually have awesome service when I stop in here, from one gentleman especially. He's always super friendly and sub is always well made. Was extremely disappointed when I stopped in today about 20-25 mins before they close and was denied service because "everything was put away" The girl working didn't seem to care even after I confirmed what time they closed just said again everything was put away and continued to clean. I could understand if I walked in 5 mins before closing but not almost 20.

Nothing nice to say here. The girl taking our order appeared to be high. then when asked for onions on our wraps, she said she couldn't offer any cause there was none. She explained there are onions just none prepared.We didn't end up getting our sub, as she didn't want to take the time to slice an onion.this is the 2nd disappointing experience at this location.

Store says closed at 7pm. Came at 6:35pm and was informed by the employee they are closed because she’s 1/2 cleaned up

Had 3 subs made up and they were an absolute disaster. food was not fully wrapped. food was not consistently placed on bread, these were subs but got pineapple in them, sandwich was cut in half so was the paper so the sandwich fell to the floor staff member who made them needs to be retrained very very disappointed, will be calling in to manager.
Decided to try a new to us place for supper last night, what a mistake. Two of three of us ended up with food poisoning after eating subs from here. I should have known better as the subs were basically flat and soggy, I only ate half of mine due to how soggy and gross they were. The Caesar salad had iceberg lettuce and a couple pieces of chicken? No dressing, no bacon etc. not exactly a Caesar salad.
Very unfortunate. Was hoping for a better experience. I definitely don’t recommend.

Stopped by here for lunch yesterday. I have not had Mr Sub in years! Very pleasant staff, clean and the food was amazing! Fresh bread and the quality is ALL there!! Will be coming back soon!

I had to lower the rating since there was only one review and it no fast food restaurant deserves 5 stars not even subway.
