If I could award 10 stars, I would! This is one of the best restaurants out there. The food was top notch. I had pork schnitzel with mashed potatoes and gravy. My husband had a smoked turkey sandwich with melted cheese and some of the best fries I’ve ever eaten. (I had to snag a few, purely for taste-testing purposes, of course.) The schnitzel was excellently seasoned and done to a crispy turn, served with applesauce on the side. They have pot roast on the weekends, and serve a family-style chicken dinner as well. Both our waitress and the cashier were equally friendly and efficient. Definitely worth the drive!

Such a cute little family owned and diner. I used to go here all the time when I was growing up, and I always go whenever I am back in town.
I was just in the other day and it lives up to the memories. The food was outstanding, the service was wonderful, helpful and very quick, and the price was very reasonable!
We each got breakfast. I ordered a Lumberjack (3 eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, french toast, toast on the side) my lady got a Monty Cristo and we had some coffee (standard free refill) I dont think we spent more than $30 there.
I will always make time while I'm in the area to go to this local gem.

Love this little diner! It never disappoints. The New Sarum Diner first opened in 1943, and they've kept the decor from the 40's and 50's over the years. We stopped by for dinner today, and it was delicious as always! They have another separate dining area as well, with more of a typical restaurant atmosphere. Larger groups can be accommodated here. The diner is strictly wooden booths. Make sure you save room for dessert. The sticky toffee pudding and the applecrisp are the best! They also serve old-fashioned milkshakes and London ice cream sundaes. Plus, you can purchase frozen homemade soups to take home. Yum!

A former co-worker and I went there for lunch. When we arrived the Dining Room was full so we were seated at the more casual side with booths, and smaller tables. We both ordered the Special, open face Roast Chicken with Gravy, Mashed Potatoes and mixed vegetables. The meal was delicious. The Server polite and prompt. We had such a good time We may have laughed to much, and too loud. The Chef dressed in Black, (always a good sign) must have been curious as he came out to see what we were doing. At the end of our neal as we left I told the server hiw good my meal was and gave high compliments to the Chef.
