Very Disappointed with Portion Size – Not Worth the Price
I usually enjoy Osmow’s, but my recent experience at the St. Thomas, Ontario location was very disappointing. I ordered a Big Box of just chicken, which is supposed to be a larger portion (and costs more than the regular box), but the amount of chicken they gave me was shockingly low.
As you can see in the pictures, I moved all the chicken to one side—and that side still isn’t full. The other half of the container is completely empty. Honestly, this portion looks smaller than what I usually get in their regular box, which is supposed to be half the size and price.
If I’m paying extra for a “Big Box,” I expect to receive a noticeably bigger portion, not feel like I’ve been shortchanged. This felt like a rip-off. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures customers get what they pay for.

The fact you guys charge for hummus on a Shawarma bowl is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen at a shawarma place. You charge for ketchup with fries too? Won’t be back.
