Had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came in 5 minutes before closing but the guy in the kitchen side was so welcoming and kind-even though I felt bad for coming in late. The other worker was hard at work, cleaning and making the place look spotless. Class act, I’ll be a customer for life.

Today, I tried chicken shawarma poutine, and it is one of the best poutines I have ever had in Canada. Actually, my friends and I tried different items on the menu at Osmow’s Shawarma, which is located in St.Thomas, Ontario. Still, every item is top-notch, and their chicken shawarma is unbeatable.
I will try their shawarma whenever I visit St.Thomas.
