Ordered a pita online for my little sister. When I went in to pick it up the lady making the order made a snarky remark saying “oh kids eat hot peppers?”. Not impressed with the attitude! I come here often. If the kid has to be present with you when you order, you shouldn’t make it an option to order online for pickup.

Ordered online, and the Halloumi sticks were supposed to be grilled, and they looked crispy in the picture so was excited to try them but when they arrived they just looked like cheese strips that touched the grill for a second on each side. Was disappointed.

They used the same knife and board for a gluten free order immediately after they used them for my order. Being careless for customers dietary b concerns is an instant major issue for me.Apart from that, food is fine, price is a bit high, staff seem really put off to be there. That's all secondary though, compared to the dietary thing.
Dietary restrictions: Not gluten friendly. Watched them cross contaminate a customer's order.
Ordered online and don't recommend it as I don't think they can't read...got a pita on the wrong bread...ordered 2 sauces and got NONE...ordered lettuce and black olives...NONEWas the detest thing I've ever eaten. It's always good when I go in so apparently they need to be watched in there???
