We were visiting as part of Toast The Coast but they refused to serve us during the designated tour time because they were closed for a different private event. How can you close your business for an event when you have already committed to participating in another event at the same time? Ridiculous considering we had to drive over an hour to get there and another hour back.

Dead elephant my fav for years and double dead with its slightly grapefruit tasting hops my fall fav. New owners resulting in no double dead first year and poor quality this year; even dead elephant not as good. Second problem can’t buy dead elephant in a London beer store where you get price break for multiple can purchases. Can buy at LCBO with no price break. I’m done; back to Stella. Sorry to great beer

Came with my toddler and partner. Elise was amazing and her knowledge was very helpful, had a flight all beers were amazing, left with a 6 pack. Will definitely be back, great spot.

Amazing experience. We have been here for about an hour and wanted to leave a review before we leave and life gets busy. My spouse and I came here with our 2 year old and were warmly greeted. The atmosphere is very positive and welcoming. Elsie was very knowledgeable and the flavour profiles on their beer was delicious, highly recommend the stout and irish red ale. Also noticed a lady who maybe is the owner smiling as she walked by saying hello. She later checked in to ask us about our experience and ensure we were enjoying ourselves. All-in-all, a great family-friendly experience with games to play, a beautiful location and absolutely delicious beer. Thank you to the staff and brewmasters for exceeding expectations and being an example of what hospitality is all about.

Five stars and higher to this wonderful little brewery specializing in hand-crafted small-batch beer! Their menu is delightful as well. We ordered the feta bruschetta and the pickle chicken bacon pizza - it may sound odd but it's delicious! We happened to travel through on a Wednesday Trivia Night and it was packed with festive customers enjoying a lively game. Wish we lived nearer - we'd be here all the time!! By the way, we travel with three Shelties and a Mini Aussie and Railway City is super dog-friendly. The patio has umbrella tables and lights where you can sit outdoors to eat and drink.

I’ve visited this brewery about four times over the past few months, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately the service is consistently disappointing. I’m a frequent brewery customer and have never experienced service quite like this—staff with no product knowledge, no enthusiasm, no smiles, and zero personality. The whole atmosphere feels unwelcoming and off-putting, which is such a shame because I wanted to enjoy it here. I’ll be sticking to my London breweries where the service and experience are far better.
