My friends thew me a surprise high tea bridal shower and got these lovely cupcake bouquets. The cakes were delicious and the customer service was amazing and I am deathly allergic to olives/ olives oil. They don't use any but still made a note just incase! We will definitely be ordering again!

I was excited to support this new (ish) local bakery for my daughter’s first birthday cake smash, but was really disappointed with both the cake and the customer service. I understand it wouldn’t be exact but the design didn’t match the inspiration I provided, the colours and piping were off, and the overall look was heavy, thick, and overdone compared to a clean, simple, inspiration photo. It wasn’t what I expected for her photo shoot.
When I shared this feedback by email, the response felt dismissive with no real acknowledgment or effort to make things right. As a first-time customer, I expected more care and accountability considering this was a first time order, specifically for photos for a milestone event. Sadly, I’ve canceled the second cake I had planned to order.
I truly hope this business can use this feedback to improve both their product quality and their customer care.

I took my Mom, my daughter and my daughter-in-law to Ruby Blues for HighTea...a very delightful and tasty experience! The atmosphere was very cozy and the food was amazing and the service exceeded our expectations We will definitely do that again I have already booked Father's Day Roast Beef dinner!!!!

Easter Roast Beef Dinner was beyond our expectations. Huge helpings and so Traditional. Lovely atmosphere and the most delicious sticky toffee pudding we have ever tasted.
A gem of a spot. Highly recommend. Their carrot cake is the best I've had along with their sticky toffee pudding. Both are family favorites. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. You want to stay awhile, once you step through their doors.

Picked up a couple of cupcakes from RubyBlues Bakery and Cafe. They were moist and tasted really good. The only downside was the individual packaging — it was too tight, which squished the frosting and made it look messy.

I wanted to love this place because they were able to make my son’s cake with short notice. However, the cake was nothing special I could have made it myself for how it tasted. I actually have made better tasting cakes/cupcakes myself at home! For the price I really don’t think it was worth it. The buttercream was not smooth looking it looked like someone just slapped the buttercream on in a rush and I only asked for one thing to put on the side of the cake I thought they would have wrote it on but they just printed it on edible paper and slapped it on crooked. I’m not hating on anyone the employee who took my order was very kind and friendly I just think they could have done a better job and took the time to make sure everything looked nice at least. I don’t think I would ever go back again though to be honest. La cakery in London has delicious cakes for a lot cheaper. Thank you for your service but it’s just not for me.

First would like to start with never pay for your cake up front with ruby blues on st thomas.
I thought I would be nice and purchase a cake for my son's girlfriends sweet 16 party. So I ordered the the cake Wednesday at 4:30pm. I then found out the next. So I called ruby's at 4pm Thursday wishing to cancel and I'll pay a penalty for canceling or some thing.
They told me I can not cancel until the boss was back. They informed me she would call me when she is back in tomorrow. Friday morning at 9am I get the call. Sorry we can not return your money as we have already started working on your cake.
After I questioned why my cake was already made over 30 hours before picking it up. Just a simple question she responded very rude and then went on to hang up on me.
I thought maybe I pay a penalty for canceling or some thing but no. Just tell me no then continue to be rude and hang up on me.
Worst customer service ever. Now no one will even eat the cake cause who can trust some one making thier food that just treated them bad and hung up on them.
