I had high hopes and expectations for the cake I purchased, but I was disappointed to discover that my cake and icing were quite dry, dense and heavy. The presentation and decorating were amazing, but the quality of the cake could have been a lot better. Pretty bummed out, considering the cost.

We reserved for high tea, group of 4. It was such a lovely space and everything was ready for us. We were offered a bubbly drink, tea/coffee, and we each received a selection of savoury and sweet items. It was a good amount of food! The service was excellent. The atmosphere was so nice to catch up with friends. The clotted cream and jam on scones were my favourite. HighlyRecommend and I will be coming back!

I really wish I could leave a better review because we heard great things about your cakes. My birthday cake was ordered from you this year. It was not good. Very dry. Heavy. Dense. Not even a good chocolate flavour. I have so much left over cake because nobody liked it. That has never happened before, and perhaps something with this cake was just “off”, I’m not sure. But I was very disappointed. For the cost of the cake, I expected better. Part of the decorating was excellent, but you failed to do what was asked for the rest of the decorating. I am glad others have had great experiences there and appreciate their recommendations to order from you, but we were very disappointed in what we received.

I asked the owner to make a Phoenix Cake for my wife. Not only was it absolutely decadent; the meaning behind my asking for the Phoenix as a theme was appreciated with much kindness. Let there be no doubt: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolute gem! Cupcakes are so moist and flavourful! The dipped chocolate was dangerously good! I'd eat an entire pack in one sitting. The staff is very patient and kind. I would love to see paper carry out containers though.

I've been to Ruby's before but it's been awhile. It's across the street from Jancat now. The sitdown is cozy and just look at this carrot cake!!! It's So frickin moist! What is her secret?? Anyway, if you haven't gone, it's worth the visit, and if you have, visit again.

I went to RubyBlues and asked if they could make a small cake with cupcakes we talked with Sam and she was more than happy to make our desserts. She is very friendly and her shop is cute. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and we received beautiful cupcakes and the perfect wedding cake. The guests loved them and we just kept raving about RubyBlues and how delicious their desserts are. Thank you!!
