We waited 40 minutes for our food. The tiki masala rice bowl was cold. The crispy shawarmas were terrible. The Mac and cheese bowl was bland and disappointing. I love Shelby’s but this was a waste of my money and time. Never returning

Horrible experience - seems there is only one employee working front of house on a busy lunch rush?! It took 22 minutes for a salad bowl. Not sure what is up Shelby’s but the room full of people waiting isn’t a great scene.

One of my friends actually warned me not to order from here because they had a bad experience, including stomach issues. I thought maybe it was just a rare case or a one-time issue, so I decided to try it myself and ordered through Uber Eats.
Big mistake.
The food was awful—completely disappointing and not worth the money at all. I trusted that it would be better, but it turned out to be one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. I also tried to request a refund from Uber, but they didn’t provide one.
Sorry guys, but I have to say this—please don’t make the same mistake I did. Not recommended at all.
