Tried to order on the App. Wouldn’t allow payment. Bought a gift card to order the BOGOFL deal. Wife walked in to a family berating the employees. Ordered our sub, friendly service. Got home and toppings were completely wrong. Wife got Onions and Jalapeño on hers as well as mine. (I wanted them, she hates them) I got spinach, which I didn’t order but the wife did. Hers was drenched in sauce and I’m the one who likes it saucy. Overall we didn’t enjoy our food one bit and what a hassle.

The manager Danielle is fantastic, and when she is on, the service is great from the staff! I've had negative experiences with other staff, such as asking me if I'd have a different topping as they are almost out and allowing no extra veggies when they put maybe five pieces. Cookies are often overbaked, which is very disappointing. The main area is clean, and the drink station is stocked with lids, straws, and napkins when I've visited.

This Subway must be in a really crappy area for them to not let a 50-year-old man use the washroom prior to ordering when there were other people.Ordering, You'll have to wait until I'm done. Serving these people to give you the key which opens the washroom, guys guys. If this location is that gross? Just head on down Talbot and use the other 2 locations. Save yourself the germs And hassles.

Came in to get a sandwich after work. Was not greeted by the employee. Stood there for 3 minutes without any indicator she was going to help me. Turned around and walked out. Ignorant staff.

Worst customer service. Adds very little amount of everything. They shout at you if you can’t figure out their drinks vending machine. I would definitely recommend to avoid this location.

Just got a chicken ranch sub at this location ,hardly any chicken so I mentioned it they just laughed and ignored ...bun is so small ...never again will I go to subway ...firehouse from now on

I made a mistake and the whole crew worked together to fix my error. I dealt specifically with Holly. A lot of times when a mistake is made by me the customer service isn’t great, but that was the opposite in this case. Holly was so friendly and she worked quickly and accurately. If I was in charge I would promote her to a leadership role because of how she handled my error. It really makes subway look good and I felt like a valued customer ??????

Messed up my order but fixed it without any issues. Don't really go there anymore due to the greed of owners making the subs way over priced. The three for 25.00 wasn't a bad deal now it's like you have to make 200%
