Went there this evening and while the 2 subs we ordered were good the chicken ranch salad my wife ordered literally had 17 spinach leaves (no lettuce) 4 tomato slices and 4 slices of Cucumber and we were informed they don't even cut up the vegis like they used to...that's not a $12 salad and it seems like they want more money for doing less. Won't be going to this location again as this is the 2nd time the salads have been terrible. We wanted to give a 2nd chance and they missed the opportunity.

Absolutely amazing staff, always fresh and amazing subs everytime I go there more than 4 times a month because of how delicious it is and how amazing their staff are there. Everyone is so incredibly chill and kind a definite 10/10!!!

Staff member was on the phone our entire visit, had an ear bud in talking to someone and didn’t bother to even try and make conversation. If I was caught with an ear bud in let alone on the phone while working there I would’ve been fired on the spot. Food was good customer service awful.

I went into this location today April 4th, and witnessed the employee Bipin yelling at a female coworker. I don't know the situation but the way he was acting was very disgusting, and no person should ever act that way to a coworker. The lady being yelled at was very well mannered in the situation, and didn't raise her voice or anything despite this man berating her for no good reason. From how violent this man seemed he should not be working here, and if I find out this man is still working here then that is a really good sign as to how quality of a business this location is. Absolutely disgusted.

Went to get some subs tonight and the entire time the girl wasn’t paying attention to our food at all she was to busy spilling her life story to us so we received cold subs that were toasted and they were made completely wrong one sub was made into an entirely different sub then what was originally asked for. Definitely not a great experience tonight.

Tried to order on the App. Wouldn’t allow payment. Bought a gift card to order the BOGOFL deal. Wife walked in to a family berating the employees. Ordered our sub, friendly service. Got home and toppings were completely wrong. Wife got Onions and Jalapeño on hers as well as mine. (I wanted them, she hates them) I got spinach, which I didn’t order but the wife did. Hers was drenched in sauce and I’m the one who likes it saucy. Overall we didn’t enjoy our food one bit and what a hassle.
