Clean restaurant, fresh toppings, major language barrier made ordering a nightmare. Friendly staff but myself and the two customers infront me really struggled ordering since the staff could not understand us well.

EXTREMELY RUDE behaviour by the lady, i was here just to pick online order at 9:25 pm july 2,2024. She gave me unnecessary attitude and said dining room is closed at 9:30 you can't be there, but i just entered to pick my order. It was very Poor customer service from the employee. Management should take a look into it immediately otherwise employees like these will ruin the customer experience.

I waited in line for over 20 minutes at 1pm today for a simple sub even though there were 3 people working behind the counter. Do better Subway.

Unfortunately the continuous assault of online delivery service orders kind of cripples Subway locations all over. You end up waiting extra long for someone who isn't even there. These places need a dedicated online order taker and not juggle between in store customers and the orders. For some reason I've had issues with toppings and bread not being available here too so..... It's okay.... It's Subway tho you can't expect the moon.

Whoever was working today (Jan 7th 2024) mangled my sub. It was all squished and not even cut all the way through. She kept getting ahead of herself asking about the next sub before she even made the first one and as a result she messed up the first sub twice and we had to correct her.

I can't even eat at subway anymore.... they changed their ranch sauce and I have no idea why... I used to literally drown my sub in Ranch lol now it is disgusting. The whole menu changedThey never have gluten free buns.And most times the employees have almost no idea what their doing
