Went to get subway for lunch today around 3pm august 9th and was served by a young African American girl don’t know her name because none of them wear name tags but revived poor service from her for simply asking for the bare minimum, she wasn’t rude but fought me on everything- I asked for my sub to be lightly toasted and she put my sub with my boyfriends who was getting his extra toasted annoying but not the end of the world including I mostly cared about the toppings like most people, we get to the toppings and she does my boyfriends first he gets lettuce and she puts a handful he gets spinach and he gets a handful he asks for extra sauce he gets beyond plenty, she starts doing mine and puts 8 olives….literally uses her fingers to pinch the smallest amount when I asked for lots so I have to ask again and again for olives because she keeps only putting a tiny pinch when she could’ve just put a handful like she was doing with everyone else I asked for extra mayo I get two lines so I have to ask again I ask for salt and pepper and she barely shakes it on my sub so I again have to ask for extra. Overall why is it so difficult to make a sub you get paid hourly to make? It’s not like it was busy and im the one that gets charged for extra items so I should be getting them and not having to ask over and over again next time I will be asking to have it remade the way i actually want it instead of how some random worker decides it should be made including that I was really polite about it only to still receive poor service. We all work customer service it’s not a fun fulfilling job and people can be thankless but it’s the job you work at so simply do it like the rest of us do.

Was in a hurry so wasn't paying attention when I paid I didn't press any buttons. NONE. Just held my card above the reader, asked for my bill and left. Once in the car I looked and a tip was added to it. So if you don't press no they automatically add it? That's messed up.

At the mall in St Thomas the Subway it was really snotty and rude to me and I asked for a 12-in sub I asked for and those people screwed up my order and I didn't want it after and I won't come back anymore to the subject at the mall Subway at the mall it was on Friday night on October the 18th at at 6:00 p.m.

Came in at lunch on a Monday with 1 person I from of me in line. Took 15 mins to order because they did all the online orders first. Server did the best she could with the situation.

Online orders get priority. Had to wait in line 20 minutes while the server prepared several online orders 1st. Either hire more staff, or give instore customers priority, instead of standing around. Elgin Centre.

This subway is my favourite subway location I have ever been to. As a boy born in Toronto and has had access to multiple subways I can say that this is the best one. I would like to call myself a regular and the manager Safaa knows my order by heart. I hope to get a job here because all the workers had made my experience amazing every time! The food is never bad quality and the new renovations look beautiful and modern.

Went in to grab a sub, and the young girl working there was very rude and made it obvious she did not want to be there. She was hiding her phone under her clothes and just had no customer service skills at all.

Please remind your employees to wash their hands and change their gloves between orders. Please ask them not to touch their face or wipe their hands on their clothes while they prepare someone's food.I was in line behind someone and had to leave this location before even placing an order because I was so grossed out by the employee's uncleanliness.

I ordered through the app on Sat. July 8,2023 and when it got here at 5:52p.m. right away tries to call because both meals were wrong, no meat on them wrong bread and no drinks!!! When I tried to call about 30 times since Sat July 8th to today all I keep getting is the answering machine that reminds you to remind the customer to set up voice-mail....what I joke. I'm going there tomorrow to get my money back. Not impressed

Love stopping here when going to or from the gym. Safra, I hope I spelt your name right, is always so kind and she works really hard. She is lovely and works with me to accommodate all of my dietary restrictions without hesitation, while multitasking the whole store. Thank you S!

I am very disappointed. I went over because I wanted a good old classic sub. But the server was just rude! I don’t think she should do costumer service. She didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted. She was talking with an attitude. And after all that I said have a good night and she stared at me like I was a ghost. That’s not even the end. She didn’t cut the sandwich in half. Her description: about 5 foot grey ish brown hair, maybe in high school or college. I am very disappointed.
