My sub had barely any Turkey on it. I swear it had 4 slices. These workers make subs like the toppings are coming out of there paychecks. I asked for a cup and they said they had no cups ? This place has tanked in the last 6 months. The overnight guy is amazing though.

I didn’t know subway washrooms were so popular that they are under lock and key however good thing I asked for toilet paper before doing my thing as I would have been very embarrassed. When brought to the attention of the workers, they didn’t seem surprised or in a rush. Plus you don’t get any napkins, cost savings taken a little too far.

Was at subway today five customer's in the place waiting to be served and the girl working behind the counter was putting cheese on bread and didn't acknowledge that anyone was in the store what a joke then the fountain drink machine only had two types of pop when I asked about it she just said that's all we have rite now once again what a joke lots of other places in town to eat.

This subway has near to no workers ever. They are extremely slow. I went in there with only 2 people in front of me, and I was in there for 35 minutes before we actually got our subs made. The service is terrible!! This is now the second time I’ve had this happen to me and it’s ONLY ever at this location.

Place an order on the app. They say they did not receive order went through three times they made me reorder got charged three times still would not honor order or make my order I had to email and wait days for refund

Review for Subway
My experience with Subway was disappointing due to excessive delays in preparing orders. The staff works very slowly, and orders are not delivered at the promised time. Subway is supposed to offer quick and convenient service, but it has become the opposite. If performance and punctuality do not improve, customers may have to look for more efficient alternatives.

I did the online order and went for pick up at time and my order was not ready and the person responded to in way that I was there for early pick up. Then she informed me that they didn't have the bread I ordered so pick from options they had there, it took additional 10 minutes to prepare and they add wrong chees in hurry and add less tuna, it's seems like staffs were stressed because of shortage of staff and too many people in the line to order.

Ordered a delivery and never showed up then Store said call DoorDash DoorDash said call Store finally went to the store hour later. Got the food but never reimbursed for delivery service fee or a tip for something I never got.

I've frequented this shop a few times in the last couple months to grab dinner after work. There is only ever one employee present and the demand for sandwiches is too high for that!
Everytime I come after 8pm the poor sandwich artist is flooded with onl8ne orders and customers. This results in a messy assembly line, unclean shop floor, and LONG wait times. This "quick" stop ended up with a long wait of 20 minutes. Multiple customers left after waiting 5 minutes...
Also lettuce could be changed more often as I've been given "wilted" and slightly brown lettuce too many times for my liking.
May stop coming to this location

I placed an order for a cold cut combo sub through the mobile application and proceeded to the store to collect my order. While observing the preparation of my sub, I noticed that the employee responsible for assembling the sandwich initially only added salami, omitting the other two types of meat (bologna and luncheon meat) that are typically included in the cold cut combo. Upon inquiring about the absence of the other meats, the employee initially asserted that the salami contained all three types of meat. However, upon further prompting, he added the bologna but still neglected to include the luncheon meat. Despite my repeated inquiries, the employee continued to assure me that all three meats were present. Consequently, I decided to accept the sub and leave the premises to avoid causing any further inconvenience. However, I have resolved not to patronize this particular establishment again and advise others to exercise vigilance in ensuring that their sandwiches are prepared correctly.

Never again!! We went in last time and it took forever, so we ordered through the app.
We got a notification it was ready went in. 30 minutes later we were finally able to leave! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

The staff are very nice and friendly, however slow, that's the only complaint I have. The food is great, prices are not bad. The store is nicely laid out. I think next time I will definitely use the app and order ahead of time. The app is nicely laid out and easy to use.
