I ordered off of DoorDash and when I got my food, my drink was leaking. So I checked the bottom of the cup and had what looks like an earring stuck into the bottom of it. Half my drink was gone and my table is soaked

Just a heads up Taco Bell in st Thomas is disgusting went in today to pick up a skip order and seen one of their employees pick up the phone hold it to their ear with gloves on and continued to make peoples food. literally had to tell them to change their gloves š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢ ļæ¼#tocobell #stthomas

The smallest portion sizes i have ever seen at a taco bell. 2 tacos and small fries 11$ never ever again. Not busy and forgot sauce for the tacos, fries were cold. My fault for spending money here.

Man bring back the regular fries at least for the fry supreme , it's too soggy the other ones were crunchy Also crunch wraps and any soft/hard mix is soggy

My meat was cold in my taco, my partner tried speaking to the manager that told my partner that because of the lettuce thatās why the meat was cold. I proceeded to go up to the counter and speak with the manager. I work in fast food as a manager and at a much busier fast food establishment at that. So I have a general understanding after speaking with the manager who was being a little difficult I got my tacos re made this time the meat actually warm. He then told me to next time eat my food faster (it was within 7 minutes of us ordering) and I just said unfortunately in food service you need to treat the customers with respect and go by the ācustomer is always right ruleā he said they arenāt always right. Especially as a manager you need to respect customers- even so I wasnāt in the wrong lettuce doesnāt cool meat down that much there was 0 heat from the meat. I was still polite to this manager but I think he needs to go to a manager class and learn how to deal with customers, even his facial expression and his tone was not appropriate. When promoting managers itās important that they have the simple skill of communicating effectively and interpersonally.

Went through the drive thru. Purchased a combo. Asked for mild/hot sauces they didn't give any. Also they messed up my order. I wanted to upgrade my nacho fries to supreme but they gave me both and charged me extra. When I said I didn't want both they said sorry and still charged me. Terrible service. Foods good.

I go to Taco Bell regularly. This location was disappointing..only 1 person working..after our order..had an online order..3 people in line..2 people left
My daughter and I went to this taco bell and it was super clean in side! We were greeted by the staff with smiles and such positive attitude. The food was made great. We will definitely be coming back to this location
