Very disappointed. Came down from London and biked specifically to Pinafore Park to try the ice cream. They were closing at 4:30pm but the hours posted on site, and online were as closing at 9pm. The staff was not helpful.

Good ice cream IN the park! What a great location. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because they didn’t have everything available - “too early in the season” and not fully stocked.I would go again and would recommend you try it. They are even pet friendly so take those doggies for a walk along the trails and a treat by the pavilions!

I ordered a lactose free cake for my husbands birthday! The Ice Box went above and beyond with answering any questions I had and customizing the cake in anyway! When our birthday plans changed suddenly they completely accommodated my request to pick up the cake an entire week early! When I went to pick it up in store the service was amazing from start to finish! I highly recommend The Ice Box and will absolutely order from them again! The storefront is also very nice and it is even pet friendly! They sell pawsicles on top of all of their other menu items! Go for a summer trip and get you and your dog a yummy treat!

This place is a hidden gem, especially if you have a dog. They allow your dogs in the store, have special popsicles for your canine, and super cheap, too!They even let us eat in the store with our dogs.An amazing place to take your dog after a hot day on the beach or just for a little treat. Definitely will be going back to support this awesome, local, pet friendly business!

We visited the Ice Box when we on our way home from the other (to busy ice cream shop near Port Stanley). The Ice Box has a great selection plus they have redone this 19th century building into a work of art. The young lady who waited on us was delightful.

When they do have ice cream its usually okay. However 75% of the time if you order after dinner they are out of every flavor besides vanilla and other less desirable flavors. Stopped ordering back in Feb because every time we'd order it would get cancelled or wed be asked to pick from what they DID have left. Why offer something if you don't have it. Stuck at home today figured oh why not give them one more shot. Ordered (2) simple scoops ice creams, order cancelled. Ordered again and picked from basic flavors, delivered only 1 of 2 ice creams ordered. Some things you cant blame on Ubereats. Better off buying your favorite tub at the grocery store and tossing in your own toppings.
Great atmosphere,very friendly staff, and absolutely amazing ice cream. Will be returning regularly. Pawsicle was a huge hit with my dog! Great idea.

It was so amazing to have Markus and the whole Ice Box team work with us to cater our wedding cocktail hour. All of our guests raved about the quality of ice cream they were served, and will definitely be visiting in store! The Ice Box was so easy to communicate with, and they added a fun flair to the cocktail hour that ourselves and our guests so enjoyed. We can’t wait to come back to the store for more!
