I stopped into The Perk yesterday. The store front was clean and well organized. There were over 5 types of coffee to choose from. I selected a full-body, it was hot and flavourful. The condiment station was stocked and clean. I was served by an older gentleman that I believe was the owner. He was quick and abrupt with me. I was made to feel as though he was annoyed by my presence. Due to leaving The Perk feeling like an inconvenience I will not be return.

A 27 year old Charming and Gorgeous cafe. Absolutely the best of St. Thomas. Matcha Iced Latte is unforgettable! Their customer friendly personalized service and hospitality will make you forget about robotic coffee chains.. Would totally recommend!!

First visit this morningGentleman working was very unwelcoming and down right rude. Spoke to me as if I was stupid.I won't return. Coffee and muffin were less then spectacular. Good service would have allowed that to be over looked. Kindness matters.

Couldn’t order before owner made sarcastic remarks to me. Had a timmies coffee that was no good and wanted to add sugar. When I went up I was greeted with a?“yeah because it is free” by the employee. I was shocked he tried to embarrass me about it in front of other customers. Was thinking of throwing my timmies out and getting a coffee from this place, however my business was already gone before I could try it. Can’t say much about how it looks either.
The owner is such a nice gentleman. Sweet and kind. Best customer service!!

Went to grab food from wok express and normally i stop in afterwards to grab coffees. A very angry man screamed at people in line to move away from his shop. His shop was not blocked by any means. He lost my business today and in the future. He should try being nice to people and/or take advantage of people standing in front to sell his product.
