Pulled pork is delicious.

I ordered 20lbs of meat from Smokin Caboose for a party this weekend and it was fantastic. We had pulled pork and brisket and both were amazing. The guests had nothing but good things to say, and a lot will definitely become new customers! I will definitely use them again in the future for any of my meat needs

I was doing a small job within shnozz distance of this fine establishment, between working away and smelling the amazing food they were cooking I knew we had to get lunch there today and it did not disappoint. Angry Bear 10/10 sandwich. Definitely will be going back!

Smokin Caboose just catered our 130 person wedding and it was absolutely incredible.

From the beginning they were very responsive and helpful.

The food day of was delicious and plentiful, all our guests loved it and we had no problem sending left overs home with guests. All of the servers were extremely friendly and delightful as well. Highly recommend.

My son and daughter-in-law had Smoking caboose cater their wedding a few weeks ago. The food was fantastic, the wait staff was excellent and the price was very reasonable!
They even helped us navigate safe food for some guests with serious food (gluten) allergies.
The chicken and pork were delicious, but the most highly praised food of the night was the brisket! Highly recommend! Thanks Smokin Caboose for a fantastic dinner!

Here for work, came in and was greeted by a friendly staff member. I asked what their favorite menu item was and instead of upselling me on an expensive sandwich, the woman at the counter said she really likes the pulled pork with pickles on the side.
I gave her my trust and wow, I'm sure glad I did.
I highly recommend their pulled pork sandwich.
It's smoky, saucy, and delicious. One of the best pulled pork sandwiches I've had in a long time.

Was at a fundraising function on Sunday which was being catered by this place. They didn't show up!! and the organizers were forced to order in pizza. After talking to some other people this wasn't the first time they messed up customers orders. Beware when using the catering service. They will not get any of my business moving forward.
