Very highly recommend the Smokin Caboose. We had them cater our wedding and it was the best decision we made! They did an amazing charcuterie board for cocktail hour, a huge amount of food for dinner including brisket, sausage, chicken and pulled pork, potatoes, mac and cheese, baked beans and an assortment of salads. My son was here with family so we had complete dinner for 7 people.
The entire dinner was excellent and tje dinner for six wit ribs was more than enough to feed everybody to yheir content.
