We had the Smokin Caboose cater a lunch for the place I work for, the food was amazing we had the brisket, port ribs and chicken along with coleslaw , beans and salad - everyone commented on how good it was , definitely will be ordering from here again :) thank you Rob and the Smookin Caboose team
My son and daughter-in-law had Smoking caboose cater their wedding a few weeks ago. The food was fantastic, the wait staff was excellent and the price was very reasonable!
They even helped us navigate safe food for some guests with serious food (gluten) allergies.
The chicken and pork were delicious, but the most highly praised food of the night was the brisket! Highly recommend! Thanks Smokin Caboose for a fantastic dinner!

Here for work, came in and was greeted by a friendly staff member. I asked what their favorite menu item was and instead of upselling me on an expensive sandwich, the woman at the counter said she really likes the pulled pork with pickles on the side.
I gave her my trust and wow, I'm sure glad I did.
