Your hours of operation say from 5am-10pm for store and Drive throu AND was updated 6weeks ago by the business yet the front door is locked and only the drive throu is open. This is False advertisement of business hours. I live beside the store it cost me the price of a coffee to walk there from beside your location but I’m forced to wast gas for the drive through because you can’t put the proper hours

Not usually one to write a review but I work in food service and was not happy with what I seen. Went inside for a bagel and an iced Capp which took almost 10 minutes and there was only one person ahead of me. None of the staff were wearing hairnets and only some were wearing visors, a few had nothing on their head at all. One guy had longer hair and it wasn’t even put up. Only 2 staff had their hair covered properly, gross.

2 times in 2 weeks I've been to this Tim Hortons and none of the staff have hair nets on. Even while making food. This is mandatory.
A racist customer came into this location and knew some of the workers there because they greeted him by his name. This customer makes several racist jokes, while some of the staff is laughing along. This customer then proceeds to say it's ok for him to make jokes like that because he has a mixed grandchild. I am a visible minority and was sitting somewhere they could not have seen me, but what if I was in plain view? The behaviour from some of the staff was extremely unacceptable. Do better. This happened on Saturday, July 5, 2025 and I was in there between 4:45pm and 6:00pm.
