Tim hortons- when it comes to coffee and a donut ect. It will never let u down when u need that little pick me up. When it comes to there fast food, I would have to say it's a hit or miss. It's like every other fast food place tho; there is just no love put into the preparation and for me,well that makes all the difference. I guess they call it fast food right , not slow diligently with love food.

This Tim hortons alwags running out of things, closing at random times every day. And fix the sign. It’s literally been not working for 3 years and they just went through a small renovation? How does the sign not work still.

Like most Tim Hortons , very nice?, clean , quick, obviously convenience is part of trip to this timmies on route to visiting with my sister at the hospital down the street packing up my things and noticed I forgot about my box of ? donuts & cookies went back in and a employee was already on his way out too me with my box of donuts and cookies(CUSTOMER CARE).

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to! They never have what you want to order and they will close at random times. They weren't open at 3pm the other day. There's has also been the same handprints on the windows for over 4 months. Just a place with no management or order.And you tell people to fill out the survey which asks for the code from your receipt. I have never received a receipt at this store or been asked if I want one.

I had experienced a very inconsiderate worker here at the speeker while trying to order my food, she obviously didn’t hear what I said and blantenly said the fraize ‘English’ as if she was speaking another language; as English is my first. I personally feel attacked by this comment as I have dislexia. I will not be returning to this location.

A manager that is incapable of ordering an appropriate amount of stock. How are you constantly running out of items that are main menu items? Has the owner not taught the manager how to appropriate manage stock levels?I know customers don’t like how basically everything comes frozen and the store just throws it in the oven, BUT that is corporates way of not only cutting costs, but also in making sure the store always have available what customers want. Yet somehow these stores are now far worse at keeping stocked of items than they were 20 years ago when everything was fresh baked.The only reason this store is surviving is purely because it’s a nationally recognized chain. Independent businesses with this kind of poor service don’t survive.
