Haven't stepped foot in it since covid and once they got operating sort of close to back to normal but no longer 24/7. I get my coffee at Daisy Mart and walk right through the Tim's parking lot back home. LOL. I really don't get these people in the Drive-Thru.... Stretch your legs and get out

I visited the Tim Hortons at 60 Elm St., St. Thomas, ON (store #101741) on October 20, 2024, and had a very disappointing experience. The most significant issue arose with my order: the chicken wrap was undercooked, posing a serious health risk. When I addressed this, the young lady who prepared it was unhappy with the feedback. The second serving was also undercooked with chunks of raw meat. When I brought this to their attention again, both staff members became argumentative and unprofessional, insisting the wrap was prepared correctly.

This level of service and behavior is unacceptable, especially from a reputable brand like Tim Hortons. Serving undercooked food is a serious violation of food safety protocols. I left the wrap on the counter without asking for a refund, as I was no longer interested in dealing with the rude staff.

I hope Tim Hortons takes this issue seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future. Very disappointing.
