Ive been a regular customer for the last 10 years and it seems that ever since new ownership has taken over this place has gone completely down hill. Today i decided to go in as drive was lined up almost to the entrance, so i decided to go in as there was only TWO people in line. I waited almost 30 minutes !! Not only that, i get home & no sugar in my coffee and it tastes watered down! They are understaffed and all these new people that have been brought in from other locations cannot make a simple coffee. STAFF THIS LOCATION PROPERLY, THEY GET BUSY THERE SHOULD BE MORE PEOPLE WORKING THAN WHAT IS SCHEDULED. GET IT TOGETHER !! OR BETTER YET BRING ALL THE OLD STAFF BACK WHO CAN MAKE A SIMPLE COFFEE!

Ordered our coffee on line. 12 to go, but it wasn’t ready when we arrived. We were late for a grand opening and the employee Jon (Jonathan) Was very professional!! He took the time to get our order ready. He made arrangements with his co-worker so he could focus on our order. He was very friendly and kind. For such a young guy he was presenting in an extremely professional manner. A very valuable employee you have there!!! Thank you Jon for making our day much easier!!!

Haven't stepped foot in it since covid and once they got operating sort of close to back to normal but no longer 24/7. I get my coffee at Daisy Mart and walk right through the Tim's parking lot back home. LOL. I really don't get these people in the Drive-Thru.... Stretch your legs and get out

I visited the Tim Hortons at 60 Elm St., St. Thomas, ON (store #101741) on October 20, 2024, and had a very disappointing experience. The most significant issue arose with my order: the chicken wrap was undercooked, posing a serious health risk. When I addressed this, the young lady who prepared it was unhappy with the feedback. The second serving was also undercooked with chunks of raw meat. When I brought this to their attention again, both staff members became argumentative and unprofessional, insisting the wrap was prepared correctly.
This level of service and behavior is unacceptable, especially from a reputable brand like Tim Hortons. Serving undercooked food is a serious violation of food safety protocols. I left the wrap on the counter without asking for a refund, as I was no longer interested in dealing with the rude staff.
I hope Tim Hortons takes this issue seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future. Very disappointing.
