Recently renovated interior is a welcoming atmosphere. Staff were super friendly and quality of food and drinks is what you would expect from Timmies. Lots of parking available.

This Tim Horton’s location seriously needs to work on their attention to detail and their customer service skills. I don’t think I’ve ever been spoken to as disrespectfully as I have than here. Usually my food and drink comes out alright with the average hair or gross mark on my cup, but today I pulled up and had such a crappy experience in the drive through. Specifically, there’s a person who works here who consistently speaks to me like I’m some scum on the bottom of their shoe and I’m sick of it. Eyebrow notch, eyeliner like never seen before, just absolutely no personality or conversational/customer service skill in sight. I’ve worked drive-thru, I know how it is and I know how to talk to people and this just wasn’t it.

Their communication skills are terrible, there is no customer satisfaction, they do business as they please. This is wrong. If the product the customer wants is not available, let them say it is not available. No one has the right to treat people like fools by giving them something else.

Was in there a couple days ago during the heatwave and I noticed that they had no AC it was extremely hot in there I couldn’t stay in there for long. I went in today and there was still no AC the manager should be ashamed of themself for making their employees work while the AC is broke during this time were there is constant heat warning in effect. The manager needs to do better and get it fixed ASAP
