I would’ve rated it 0 stars if there was an option. I’ve been a regular at Tim Hortons, always enjoying my brown sugar iced latte with pumpkin spice cold foam, but my last visit was a letdown. The drink tasted bitter, likely due to a stale espresso shot. When I went inside to ask for a new one, the staff member was rude and dismissive, insisting that no one orders this drink and that it’s supposed to taste bitter. I’m paying for a drink, and I don’t expect to be told what tastes good or not. Very disappointing experience overall.
i ordered a bagel for lunch today and instead of calling to let me know they didn’t have that like any other place does,they send out baked goods instead. could’ve at least sent me something that is actual food like i ordered, not sweets. now im out of a lunch at work.

I went in person to the store ordering 2 farmers wraps, after waiting 9 minutes patiently I asked them about my wraps and the person that took my order said they are being done. I had to wait another 4 minutes to get them. Total wait of 13 minutes for 2 wraps because they are giving priorities to Uber orders and drive through!!!

ive been not once, not twice but maube around 3 or 5 times now, and LISA served me and my crew of family each time. now.. lisa has been nothing but rude to each and every individual and i am not putting up with this because behaviour and lack of respect i am getting from her is unbelivable and makes me not want to ever spend even 2$ on a coffee. come on lisa, do better and they even garbaged all my donuts and muffins i want, i just wanted my muffin and they said no because they were going to throw them out. (lisa you seriously need to shape up and get me my muffin)

I recently visited Tim with a friend and ordered lemonade and a Quencher , but the service was disappointing. The lady at the counter was not polite and acted like she didn’t understand the order. It felt uncomfortable, and the attitude wasn’t welcoming at all. Customer service needs serious improvement.

I am not normally someone to write negative reviews however today my experience has pushed me to do so. I had went through the drive through trying to order a plain bagel with cream cheese they had said they had no plain bagels i gave them a second and third option (cheese and everything) and they had neither as well. I had to go with sesame as they only had sesame and cinnamon raisin. When i received the bagel it was plain with no cream cheese. I returned to have it remade and they were seemingly nice about it however when i opened the new bagel there was cream cheese all over the outside of the bagel which was disappointing and messy to eat.
I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect as I was at this Tim Hortons. I came in as a paying customer, expecting the basic courtesy anyone should receive — and instead, I was yelled at and humiliated by a manager in front of customer’s. The tone, the volume, and the complete lack of professionalism were absolutely appalling.
This manager didn’t just speak rudely they raised their voice, embarrassed me and created a hostile,uncomfortable environment everyone in the store. Other customers were visibly shocked. I was stunned, angry, and completely humiliated. It was a disgusting display of power and a total failure in leadership and customer service.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable , and if this is how management chooses to treat paying customers, then something is seriously wrong at this location. I will not be returning, and I will be escalating this to corporate because no one customer or employee deserves to be treated this way.
Tim Hortons, do better. Your customers are not punching bags for poor management. The managers name was (LAURA)

So I take my travel mug in and ask them if they would rinse it out before they put coffee in my cup again and they refused to rinse it out they said I have to rinse it out myself. So they're willing to take my cup to put coffee in it but they're not willing to take my cup to simply rinse it out this doesn't make any sense.

Just a horrible place crap service every time crap food order wrong always slow ser ice worst times I've ever been in says max 4 customers in the store and there was like 8 don't wast your money here.... Sux I can't give - stars
4 years later and this place has gotten worse if that possible so slow and rude also never have food after like 8 or 9 when your open too 11 im tired of standing at the counter waiting alone in line and staff just ignore you like your not even there i will go get my coffee at McDonalds at least they respect there customers and ive never waited more then 3 mins for a coffee.

super slow no matter what and ask for cream cheese on a bagel and they put so LITTLE on you can hardly see that it's even on there!!
