So, the first time I ordered the ice cap nd that was not tasty and the staff was so rude behaviour nd the most important think is the table nd floor is so durty.

I didn’t like their staff I asked them for a small Mocha Ice Capp and one medium Oreo Ice Capp, but they charged me $9 just for the Mocha Ice Capp. And they only gave me the medium Mocha Ice Capp. The staff was so rude, they didn’t even give me a receipt. The tables were also not clean. I had such a bad experience.

Very disappointing service. The employee named Karen was rude to her coworkers and rushed us while ordering at the drive-thru, not giving us time to speak. She gave us the wrong coffee and didn’t apologize. Unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

Thank you to the random person in the drivethru who handed a Tims staff member some stickers and asked her (huge thanks to the staff member for knocking on my window!) to pass them along to me for my car.???❤️ My stickers are carefully curated in hopes of bringing some joy, and your random act of kindness definitely brought me many smiles and made my day! I will add them to the bumper soon, and maybe I'll see you again next time I'm passing through.

Second time I have gotten to my job site and found what they gave me is wrong. They can't understand what you ask for. Seem to have no idea what they are doing. They stare at you with that glazed over dumb look not know what you ordered. What a shame. Back to McDonald's and hope they don't mess it up.
